Terrible service, no consideration for their customers, they even manage to lose our jewelry, probably due to very poor management on the part of this "jewelry store". Ring ordered 2 months ago, received with a size that did not match due to lack of professionalism in checking the size, following return to the jeweler, the ring was unfortunately too small this time. And the attitude of the manager on the phone as well as on site needs to be reviewed. As a result, you have lost a family clientele for several years. In the future I would go directly to the designer. Avoid if you are looking for quality service.
