I
went
their
early
in
the
morning
(around
10am
I
was
there),
then
I
waited
1
hour
to
see
urgency
reception,
who
redirected
me
to
upper
floor.
There,
I
waited
my
whole
day
to
see
a
doctor.
All
patients
that
came
after
me
got
to
see
the
doctor
though
emergency
level
of
everyone
was
3/4.
I
even
asked
the
lady
at
reception
why
it’s
happening
and
she
said
I
don’t
know
maybe
the
issue
seems
more
urgent,
but
again
no
one
had
urgency
number
of
1/2
(which
mean
highly
urgent).
Finally
I
met
assistance
of
a
doctor
after
18:00.
She
checked
with
her
supervisor.
The
supervisor
checked
me
and
said
I
need
a
quick
surgery
and
called
the
day.
I
waited
for
the
assistant
to
arrange
an
appointment
with
the
surgeon,
but
then
the
surgeon
decided
they
gave
me
some
prescriptions
(without
checking
me)
and
sent
me
off.
I
was
confused
and
concerned
that
the
fact
that
it’s
end
of
the
day
had
an
effect
on
their
judgment.
I
talked
to
the
admission,
they
said,
you
can
have
another
ticket
and
wait
to
see
the
surgeon.
I
accepted
and
waited,
after
1
hour
they
saw
me,
then
the
same
person
from
reception
talked
to
the
nurse
who
accepted
me
in.
Then
they
told
me
if
you
like
you
can
talk
again
to
assistant
as
if
we
take
to
emergency
you
may
need
to
wait
for
several
hours.
So
at
8
pm
I
decided
to
call
it
the
day
and
just
go
home.
I
just
wish
to
update
this
review
and
say,
indeed
the
quick
surgery
was
needed.
After
4
months
the
issue
persists,
but
I
cannot
attend
a
doctor
for
now
because
I
was
moving
from
one
country
to
another
and
do
not
hold
a
valid
insurance
yet.
