Je ne recommande absolument pas. Ce n'est jamais la même personne qui s'occupe de vous et elle dit chaque fois tout le contraire de ce que la précédente a dit. Ne vous attendez pas non plus à des réponses par email. Je reviens d'un second rendez-vous annulé dont ils se sont trompés de semaine.. Aucune compétence. Alors c'est joli chez vous et super cool avec tout ce monde très très jeune qui vous tutoie mais quand on veut se faire opérer on s'attend avant tout à du professionnalisme pour avoir confiance. L'expression "le bon marché est trop cher" prend tout son sens. Je parle ici de la succursale de Lausanne.

They offer PRP, however they inject only plasma without adding the platelets. Therefore the treatment is not effective but less costly for them and of course it is not PRP. During hair transplation, the person was touching unsterile surfaces and i had to tell him to change. During part of the procedure he was talking on the phone. Although I tried several times to discuss the issues nobody cared about the outcome. In general, although the personnel is very welcome, they offered treatment that they do not do appropriately.

I started the treatment with 171 hair in the area to improve. After 4 months it went down to 131 (20% less). At the end of the treatment 211 (20% more than the beginning). Do you expect to believe that I lost 20% hair in 4 months and then gain 40% in the next 4 months? The doctor told me the pictures were not clear. She agreed the scanning is not done every time in the right places (There is no protocol). The area exposed is bigger than at the biggining. This is a complete scam and paid a fortune.

Pas très convaincue après mon expérience chez eux. Ils veulent à tout prix être « moderne » en commençant par tutoyer leur clients. Je doute qu’ils soient formés complètement. Une « médecin » a littéralement détruit la tête de mon mari. A éviter, préférer plutôt la bonne vieille méthode et aller en Turquie vous faire greffer des cheveux.

Je perds mes cheveux beaucoup plus qu’avant. J’ai fais une PRP de 4 séances mais malheureusement les chutes sont élevées jour à jour. En plus les prix sont trop chère. Normalement quand on paie pour une chose; on attend d’une résultat positif. Mais là je pense que j’ai gaspillé mon l’argent pour rien. 😏 Désolé de dire ça mais je conseil à personne d’aller chez eux.

100% Scam. On "free diagnostic" visit "doctor" made some photos. and asked me to "sign" that he explained me information what should I do before/after operation. He asked me to sign it on his monitor, with my finger. and there was exactly this information about what I should and what I shouldn't do before/after operation. very detailed. like 1 week before, 1 day before etc. After I left "clinic" I received email, that my contract already signed! and they provided me a credit for 9500 CHF. and sent me date for operation. at this point, I want to say - that I don't have ANY documents from "clinic" also, they don't have ANY of mine documents! I asked to cancel my appointment after 2hrs of visit. but they forces me to pay 20% of full contract. and saying that I sign it, and there is no way to cancel. They refused to provide a contract I "signed" to me. They refused to provide medical license. They don't have any legal contacts on their website. I don't have ANY documents. but they forces me to pay. I sent couple emails, and letter by POST - no response AT ALL! be aware.

Superb welcome and the service is excellent! I told my story and my problems to Samir who was able to listen to me and understand the potential causes of my hair loss. He was able to guide me and advise me to make the best decision, which initially for me was to have a surgical intervention then “no”, he guaranteed me that my problem could be resolved with a PRP treatment. I'm going to test it and I'll let you know again even if I'm convinced that it will achieve the desired result!
