They won't take care of your knees for half legs if you have a groupon coupon while they normally do (without coupons)… you have to add 160 chf for your knees for each session, it is a scam. In addition, I think that the customer services can be improved. I prefer to go to another clinique in Lausanne (alaclinique.ch). Prices are the same (sometimes cheaper) and to me, the technology is less painful (still Alexandrite)

Amazing results, best investment I have ever made 🤩. Even after 1.5 year, only very few light hairs appeared. I had my sessions with different staff members and they are all very friendly. The rooms are very clean as well. And more important, they are private. Only the staff member who had to handle the session would enter after giving me time to change. Highly recommend this place ❤️
