    I have had a great experience at Medbase with Dr Johan Bron. Dr Bron is very meticulous and organized. His contribution to my recovery has been vital. The facilities are great.

    Arrived with an appointment set, I was asked to fill in a lot of paperwork and my insurance card to set everything up. After waiting for 1 hour and seeing how other patients that come much later than me see their respective doctors and leave. I figured it is a good time to ask what is going on on the reception. At this point in time they decided to tell me the Dr has an unspecified delay and that they were unwilling to tell me this when I arrived and that they were unable to specify if he would be delayed for another 5 minutes or 5 hours. I was impressed about the lack of respect of others time, I am ok to wait for it if they tell me they have a delay, but I didn't appreciate to stay there with no information just because they didn't feel like telling me

    I have been with them for 1.5y and they have never EVER replied to my phone calls. Terrible service, DO NOT CHOSE THEM AS YOUR GPs. EDIT: given your reply, I'd rather you try to contact me my phone, so I can enjoy letting it ring :)

    Horrible reception service.. English below Zero service! Je suis venu pour mon rdv pile a l'heure mais il y a personne sur la réception. J'ai attendu 30 mins dans la salle d'attente et après quand j'ai demandé pour Dr teiga, il viens pour me dire qu'il m'as marqué comme absent. Les gens de réceptions sont dans l'urgence. Ça, je peux comprendre. Mais pour ça il peux me marqué absent quand j'étais dans la salle d'attente pour 30 mins? J'espère qu'ils vont pas me faire payer après j'ai perdu 30 min de mon temps et encore il faut que j'attend pour prendre rdv de nouveau. I arrived on time for my appointment to find no one at the reception. 30 mins in the waiting room then i saw the doctor passing by who then tells me that he marked me absent. There was nobody at the reception because of the emergency which i understand. But being marked absent for that is something I never imagined. Wasted 30 mins and also will have to take a new appointment but at least I hope they don't ask me to pay for their errors... And may be hire more people to work at the reception.. we pay them quite a bit of money not for this service. EDIT: I had already contacted them the day I wrote this review at their email address they mention in their response to my review. They replied to me the next day. In their response, they didn't seem apologetic for the waste of my time and they addressed me by madam!

    Medbase Lausanne Gare is a welcoming professional medical service conveniently located directly in the train station. I am grateful to have Dr Johan Philippe BRON as my primary caregiver. He's a fluent English-speaker (in addition to French, and I think Swedish as well). He's professional and seriously takes an interest in my health; he's a conscientious notetaker, for following up.     I was told by the hotel that they take tourists and very kind but it was complete opposite. I was told that they do not take tourists and it is not an emergency care and they do not speak English. Very Mean people .very rude do not go there .

    I am very happy with Medbase Lausanne. The reception staff is professional and they handled very well my lost case. Thanks a million to Dr Ernest Rwagasore as well who took me a day earlier from my booked appointment and managed to resolve my case without the feel that I am rushed out of the door. I strongly recommend this place.

    Many specialists, english speaking, normally not that busy, location is perfect directly at the station. You still need to know a bit of French when you deal with the reception in order to connect you to doctor or to schedule the appointment, but they are nice so it's fine. I can recommend Dr. Bron especially for international clients, speaks perfect english, friendly and very knowledgeable.
