I love this shop! I visited multiple branches when I was visiting Switzerland. Great value of foods. Tasty every menu. Friendly staffs. This branch they provide seats. We were enjoying their food for some time. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends who has a plan to visit Switzerland. Keep up the great work!

Got a croissant and sandwich. The smell from the "previous day" was horrible. Frankly couldn't go further than the first bite. I will not try again even if food was given for free. Its good to reduce waste with ideas such as "toogoodtogo" - which is food with reduced price on the same day- but this Äss-Bar is basically selling (and profiting from) garbage.

Excellent concept. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Very recommended. Perfect for a quick lunch as well.

Amazing concept, got cakes, sandwiches and bread from them. All was good, will be a customer for the future. The little price you pay always shocks me.

Very happy to see this store in Lausanne, the products help fight against waste since they are from the day before and still very good. We had great sandwiches (dried meat). Pastries need to be well packaged, the same goes for bread so that it dries less quickly, and for a very good price.

This is a great place to go for a delicious and affordable meal. The paninis are especially good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a on-the-go food in Lausanne.

J'aime beaucoup le concept mais premier achat hier et le pain était tellement dur que j'ai du attendre d'être chez moi pour le couper avec un couteau à pain et le réchauffer au micro-onde quelques seconde pour le ramollir avant de le mangé ! Ayant travaillé boulangerie je reconnais du pain de la veille et dur comme cela c'est clairement du pain plus vieux ... 1.50 chf pour du pain dur c'est chère payé
