A cosy place for lunch. The take away food is homemade and bio. Sad to say that the owner has an unpleasant attitude towards clients and the staff, not really client service oriented. Reply to the owner: I do not argue about the reason. Indeed as a owner of a little shop I totally understand the importance of not wasting food, it is a daily struggle for a business. As a customer I clearly felt disconcerted by the attitude which always makes the difference. I certainly would have made an effort. Again, this is customer perception. Hope this will help in the future.

Great selection of local bio wine, veg, and various groceries. Generous sandwiches. Beyond the shop and cafe, the main draw here is the neighbourhood itself, a meticulously planned eco-neighbourhood with a mixture of high rent luxury apartments and subsidised housing, often in the same building. Chez Lauren is surrounded by little garden plots tended by the children of (formerly) poor immigrant families under the loving guidance of elderly established Swiss. Visitors to Lausanne should really go on a few extended walks to really take it in, and walking to our at least through Les Fiches Nordes, with a stop at Chez Laurène belongs on the itinerary.

Good place to find good regional products! Small convivial space in the new neighborhood where you can enjoy a good coffee in a quiet space! Very nice employee! On the other hand, the prices are slightly more expensive than in usual stores!

Very pretty little grocery store discovered by an anti-waste application, very friendly and very warm welcome, there are a lot of products in bulk (I mean without packaging you take your own), the small negative point is how it is located in the new neighborhood behind the M2 stop and people outside the neighborhood unfortunately don't know that it exists unless they have been there once! In any case I will go back there

Great grocery store that sells a variety of delicious artisanal products! Welcoming on top of that 😁

😠 It was a really sad experience for us. The server mistreated us from beginning to end. Ignored our calls, let us waiting between pizza and dessert for more than 40 minutes, always speaking to us in a angry tone. In the end we didn’t even ask for dessert because we really felt mistreated so we left....
