Our four night stay at the Lausanne Palace was spectacular. The entire staff was very attentive, from the front desk and extending to the Concierge - Christopher - who was the best with great dinner and activity suggestions. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning some day!

Lausanne Palace was sheer perfection. Everyone there was so incredibly kind and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Christophe helped us plan our phenomenal days in great detail (boats, trains, restaurants). Matthew had stupendous suggestions from locations not to miss, wines to drink, and information about the area. The hotels was stunning, room top notch, food phenomenal. The gentleman standing at the front welcoming us, chatting, teaching us about life in the area--we were so enriched from every conversation we had. I hope to return one day. Spectacular! 10/10!!!

Tonight we arrived at Lausanne Palace bar with a joyful mood wanting to spend a chill night. However we met servant Thomas treating guests with a very disrespectful attitude. In the start it was just an order misunderstanding; therefore he came back to speak with us, and all we wanted was an apology because it was a mistake on his side. Although we were very unhappy we still maintained our attitude to speak with him nicely, but he turned his back and walked away from us when we were still in the conversation showing disrespect. He also came back and took our bottle of wine away and told us to get out. This is not what we expected at a 5 star hotel. We want to share this disappointment with everyone because we hope in the future nobody else gets treated this way by servant Thomas at Lausanne Palaces’s bar. In addition we would like to kindly suggest the hotel to not hire employees that don’t even know how to respect their guests.

An amazing experience overall. The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. They all spoke at least 3 languages if not more. We received a 5 star service from the moment we stepped out of the car. My only complaint is not having had more time to stay and walk inside the building itself. The views from the room are gorgeous and it's located less than a minute away from the entrance of the subway station. You can walk to the opera from it too.

Great awesome hotel located in the center of the city. The hotel might be a tad bit old, but it is very well kept! The room we stayed in was the junior suite with lake view. It was totally awesome. The room was spacious. It has separate living room and a balcony overlooking the lake. It also comes with complimentary minibars items. All the staffs from the valet to the housekeeping were very friendly and helpful! I definitely recommend this hotel for all travelers.

This hotel is beautiful. We can have lake view rooms. It is located in the center of Lausanne City. There are several restaurants, a bar, a tea room. There is also a spa. A wonderful experience.

Okayish hotel apart from getting my room late... But they keep the indoor temperature at 24C/75F degrees. Folks, there's an energy crisis going on in europe... I shouldn't have to listen to a humming AC to cool my room to a bearable sleeping temperature during swiss october.

We went to the Hotel bar for an apéro. Excellent staff, nice choice of wine and an interesting menu for a small bite allows you to enjoy some hours after work. Beer and cocktail prices are not reasonable.

My wife and I stayed for two days in the Junior Suite; I believe. We considered cancelling to stay in a different town. I am glad decided to check in because we stayed an extra night. The pictures do not do the room justice. The service and food make this place a perfect location for holiday. We will be back!

A breathtaking view from the room - just amazing! The room was nice and the Minibar was included in the pricy room-rate. Unfortunately the SPA was only open till 8pm, because of “covid” we always had to ask for towels and their was no tea, apples or something similar available. There was also only a in-room breakfast available because of covid - from this kind of hotel I would expect some creativity for serving a 5* breakfast. I like the place very much and stayed there several times in the past and I have excellent memories about it could be also a 4* this day’s.

This is a magnificent hotel located conveniently at the heart of Lausanne, minutes away from Parc Montbenon. We were so impressed with the service and the spectacular room and the beautiful spa that our next visit is already in planning. Thank you, Guillaume, for making sure our stay there was fabulous.

A wonderful hotel with great views of lake Geneva. We took a lake view room and the view was just beautiful. The rooms are fairly large. What’s really beautiful about the hotel is it’s grandeur and old world charm. Every floor has a grand staircase which looks beautiful in the evening. The breakfast is good but nothing great yo talk home about. The staff is neither warm nor cold. They’re courteous but not to the extent of being friendly.
