Restaurant Meal takeaway Deli

👍 The food is delicious, although the service should be improved. One server was serving all the tables and I thought they should be 2 people. People often mention Thai, owner, restaurant, good, spicy, Lausanne,

One of the rare good adresses in Ouchy, unless you want to pay astronomical prices. The place is run politely and professionally. The price are in accordance with the location. The pad Thai was fresh, tasty and plentiful.

Very tasty Pad Thai and delicious Tom Kha Gai soup. Highly recommend. We also had fried rice and green curry. Everything was well made. Authentic tastes.

The food was delicious!! The service was friendly and quick. Definitely eat here. The prices were reasonable, and the food was fresh and full of flavor. We had the XL noodles and the vegetable green curry. Both were perfect.

The young lady who took our order was very sweet in explaining everything. While the food was being prepared the owner, a sweet lady kept on checking. The food packaging was amazing. The taste was fantastic. Overall loved every thing about this place.

Amazing and authentic Thai food!! The pad krapow (chicken basil with rice) was full of flavor. It was just as good as in Thailand! You can ask to make the dish spicy if you want. The chicken fried rice and the fried vegetables were also very tasty. The owner is very friendly as well. It’s in a great spot to takeaway and go sit by the lake. My favorite place to eat in Lausanne! Edit: I loved it so much I ended up eating here for lunch and dinner the next day!

If you happen to be in Lausanne and crave for reasonable-price Thai food, just consider visiting this restaurant! And, of course, We’re Thai! Yesterday when we were in Lausanne, we stumbled across this restaurant during our city walk and it turned out to be one of our new favorites Thai restaurant. The overall taste of our dinner was kinda authentic, a tad bit chinese-style but it’s acceptable. For us, our favorite dish was ”Beef Kaprao”. The woman in the front, whom I assumed is the store owner, isn’t Thai and I can assure you that is not the problem at all! Hope you all enjoy the meal like we do!

Every time I travel to Lausanne, I always stay in Ouchy and often go to this place as it is next to the hotel I stay. I rarely seat down, as " Food to go" always are priority and if few tables are full, you can be sure to be there for an hour. You will wait a long time for food. The waitress are very nice but you can tell they are alone, taking phone orders and serving the 6-7 tables available in the room and are way too overwhelmed by work. That is ok to me, I do understand and I always leave a nice tip. Food is good, not the best in town, but it is good and portions are of great size for a big eater like me. I like the restaurant design and colours. Even though the toilets aren't connected to the inside restaurant, you do have toilets in the outside behind it. It means you must dress to go to toilets. They are cleaned. Lately I have seen the Thai Lady owner, and I do understand why the staff is over stressed. her attitude is a high as the Mount Kilimanjaro and I just don't like it. The worst, I was there 2 weeks ago with my husband. I thought a Thai person would welcome an other one with open arms, but that's not the case. The owner barely said hello. That was ok to me, bad days happens to everyone but here tonight, I am not happy. We were both, came inside for a table and while waiting for someone to welcome us, other 2 couples came inside. The owner didn't acknowledge us at all and pass in between us to seat the other 2 couples. The other 2 couples , looked at us , surprised and then the owner , only then, asked us how many person for a table ( we were only 2 ). Her attitude was so bad, the regular waitress felt bad and didn't know what to say. I have to remind you, I have been to this place at least a dozen time since the beginning of this year. The waitress knows me as the spicy guy. I always ask 5 spicy , means the most spicy of all. Anyway , because of the owner's attitude, I didn't stay , and only took " Food to go" for one person as my husband didn't want to order anything anymore, he was upset by the way were were treated. I do complains as I do share amazing stories in all my traveling. If I do complains, it must go far for me to say anything. I don't believe in negative things and I prefer to keep an open mind and stay positive. Tonight she crossed the line. Too bad as the concept is great, and the waitress are doing their best. I would give 10 out of 5 for the waitress.

Great food at great prices. It is not a fine dining place, but the service and food are top quality. Pan fried garlic prawns were perfectly spicy. Red curry was flavorful. Vermicelli with chicken had the perfect balance of sweet, sour and spicy flavors. Thai crepe dessert was approved by the picky 14 yo. The lady was very kind and courteous. One of the best dinners we have had in Lausanne.

Probably the best Thai food in Vaud, and apart from Patara in Geneva, this place is top 3 Thai restaurants/take aways in Switzerland. The only thing is I would ask if they could a bit more shrimp in the Pad Thai and curries.

Ausgezeichneter Thaifood und nette Bedienung. Es handelt sich um ein TakeAway mit zwei, drei kleinen Tischen wo man auch vor Ort Essen kann. Abzüge beim Ambiente aber trotzdem empfehlenswert.

Flavorful and good food, the curry reminds me of proper Thai food and the owner even asks how many chillies I want in it. Staff is super friendly and food quality and quantity suits the price. Highly recommend !

Took lunch there on Sunday. Tried tom yum gung and pad thai, both were authentic; however pad thai was bit sour.

If you've had your fill of raclette and cheese fondue and you're looking for some (relatively) cheap Asian food, this one's for you. The menu's uncomplicated, the staff are friendly, and the food's honest. Check them out.

One thing you may not know about this place? It is run by women only. Trivia for you: next time you order in person, try figure out how many nationalities are in there and which ones they are. Obviously, the food matches the rating. Go easy on the 🌶 :)

👍 I’ve visit this place a couple of times and I’ve enjoyed each one of it. I always choose the same burger though. 7/10. The employees could smile a bit more maybe? I know it’s a hard job but well… smiling is free! I’ll be back 😌
