It was a really sad experience for us. The server mistreated us from beginning to end. Ignored our calls, let us waiting between pizza and dessert for more than 40 minutes, always speaking to us in a angry tone. In the end we didn’t even ask for dessert because we really felt mistreated so we left. Food was overpriced for the quality. Music too loud. Extremely overrated place would not recommend nor come back.

The pizza was good, the rest was terrible. We came with a party of 10 people. After a long wait, we basically became unpaid employees. The waiter gave us a pen and paper to write our own order, which we had to bring to the kitchen. The wine and beers came about 10 minutes after the pizza, without the tap water we asked for. - May we have tap water please? - still or sparkling? - tap water please :) - so still. - tap water? The waiter brought a single tap water bottle for 10 people and no glasses. When he came to pick up the plates, he asked for us to pass the plates over. We were glad we didn't have to clean the dishes! We weren't offered desert. We were asked to pay the bill at the till. If only we had received a tip. Won't return. Shame though, it's a good pizza.

On the first floor of a building, this place is not like any other. You can doodle on the walls, and it gives its unique atmosphere to the restaurant. The pizzas are delicious. It's often crowed, and you may have to wait a while if you don't go early. The ice cream is great too!

The best pizza in Lausanne. Excellent quality. The dough and the ingredients are fresh and very well chosen. The atmosphere is young and the place looks very authentic. The staff is extremely kind and speaks Italian. No need to call to book if you are not a group. 50 francs for two pizzas and a glass of wine (very good prices for Swiss standards). Highly recommended!

Best quatre fromage pizza I’ve ever had. The portion is huge. Half of a pizza can feed me. So I took away another half. It was still good after reheating on the next morning.

If you want a good pizza, that's definitely the place! If you want a nice ambience and view, I wouldn't recommend to go there. The hand tags on the walls render the place a bit strange. The service is fine, a bit slow sometimes if a lot of customers are present. The wine is good with a reduced price if a pot is taken instead of individual glasses. I would recommend it for a nice meal between friends:)

Might be the best pizza in Romandie. Great service, funky atmosphere. Great place if you want a lively dinner. Not so great if you’re looking for a quiet romantic dinner because it is quite noisy when busy.

No fuzz, relaxed pizza place. Delicious traditional pizzas!

Very interesting decor is the first thing that hits you when you get there! Very helpful staff (speaking Italian which bodes well for the pizza to come), but fortunately very good English to counterbalance my terrible French. The food was quick to arrive, looked great (see photos), and tasted amazing. Price wise I would say average for Swiss restaurants. We arrived early so got seated immediately, but there was a queue later as we left. Well worth an evening out with friends.

We popped in for a quick lunch based on past reviews and we took the busy restaurant as a good sign. The pizza and a drink special for CHF23 appeared to be good value until the food arrived. Both our pizza's arrived swimming in liquid and were essentially inedible. I'm not sure how it's possible to get so much liquid on a pizza. Perhaps using frozen toppings? We left the food on the table, paid the bill and left. Very disappointed.

Pizzas were okay, Lasagne is not recommended (very dry, very little meat... you basically eat just the pasta sheets). We arrived before most people came to eat and the service was already slow; we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order for drinks. Later, the restaurant was filled and service got worse. Far too few employees to handle all the people and waiting times become longer.

Overall disappointing, I’m afraid. Staff not very flexible unfortunately. We asked for the window table seeing it was not occupied. The restaurant had enough, vacant space, but staff insisted it could be only used by 4 people. That was actually reason enough to turn on our heels right on the spot, but we swallowed it. Moments later same seats were taken by 2 other clients. When we pointed it out, we were told, they waited for 2 more to come, which though not happened whatsoever. So much so, the one pizza ordered did not live up to expectations nor anything close to pictures posted by TripAdvisor. There was a small bulb buffala cheese but missed the fresh basil completely. We asked ourselves what the difference was to the Margherita that was 12 CHF cheaper. Lastly the topping was kind of watery, maybe from the buffala, but nonetheless … Not arguing anymore in front of people, but conclusion remains : It was our first and last time to visit. The staff must felt our dissatisfaction, as not even bothering to activate the tipping function on the terminal … well, it spoke for itself and in any case, I do not tip no more for such kind of service … the blame for our part is that we have perhaps not researched sufficiently. We could have otherwise spared us the experience maybe …

Stopped on way to hotel. Decor definitely funky, if you are wanting a traditional decor for a restaurant this is not for you. Fast service, very busy place, for eating in and takeaways. Pizza was ok, well fired in some areas. In the centre the dough was extremely thin, making pizza a tad greasy. Won't be my go to place for pizza.

What an amazing Italian restaurant in Lausanne. It's a must to go here if you're looking for Italian cuisine. Everything was fresh, restaurant was packed, but food was delicious.

Good pizza, not my favorite. The service is good.

  • 5/5 Olivier G. 5 years ago on Google
Great choice of pizza with a very high quality of the ingredient and a excellent quality/price ratio (e. G the pizza Margherita is only 14 CHF that is below of the normal average cost in Lausanne). The only "negative point" is that the restaurant will not accept any table reservation. So the earliest you arrived the faster you can find a table.

Pizza is good (we took 3 kinds), but I wouldn't say itis perfect, as I've read in reviews before going there. Someone already commented on the quality of mozarella in pizza - it does not seem great. In terms of place itself - it is in the old building facing one side (terrace) ugly internal yard between buildings and windows of the main room face the street. Main room is not nice, lacks fresh air and a bit tight sitting. Terrace is a shame. Walls are all covered with text and pictures (it is alowed to leave your mark), but if it was on normal rennovated interior, could be good... But the place looks like it had not seen rennovation too long. So, I think it is for nostalig people who used to come here many yers ago. Or for young people who look for kind of "underground" style place... This is personal opinion.

I didn't like the pizza at all. This place has nothing to do with a Neapolitan pizza. Don't go if you are looking for a typical pizza. If you want tasteless dough with molten cheese, feel free.

This is a phenomenal place for Italian style pizza and the writing on the walls from previous customers is quite charming. Eating here was one of the best experiences I had when I was studying abroad in Switzerland. Also if you like soda and have never been to Switzerland, you should get a Fizzy. It's incredible.

👍 I’ve visit this place a couple of times and I’ve enjoyed each one of it. I always choose the same burger though. 7/10. The employees could smile a bit more maybe? I know it’s a hard job but well… smiling is free! I’ll be back 😌
