Never thought cornflakes on a burger bun would work but the burger was sumptuous. Big portion of chips on the side too.

Their sauce for the fries is to die for. The BBB burger is the only one I know and it's delicious, I always order that one.

Had a fantastic dinner experience at Zoo Burger! My girlfriend and I had something to celebrate and decided to splurge on vegan / vegetarian burgers. For Swiss prices this restaurant is affordable! Both the Mafioso and Georges burgers were super tasty, and the sauces well chosen with them. We had a menu and therefor also got delicious fries with salt and rosemary topping, as well as a salad. The fresh apple juice was also really nice. Another nice detail was that we could ask for tap water and that it was free. A rare occurrence in Switzerland, strangely enough. I’d recommend for them to scrap all the animal-meat burgers and get creative with plant-based burgers instead. It’s 2021 so that would be a welcome change. 100% recommended when staying in Lausanne!

For what used to be a staple in Lausanne must eat burgers, has become a totally disappointing destination. Soggie bloodie buns, slimey cheese, fries so small you feel like you got the bottom of the bag; coupled with filthy toilets and a staff that would rather be doing their university homework than waiting your table. If I have taken the time to write a review its not for 'gratuitous aggression' but for complete disappointment. I used to live 10 minutes away and I would come regularly with my wife. I decided to come back as we were in the area, and my experience was nothing short of 'poor'. I always loved the quality of your food, but I would absolutely suggest you visit this establishment and keep an eye on how things are being done there. From what I saw in mine and my wife's plate, this was not AT ALL what we were used to from Zoo Burger. Yes, disappointed and always available to provide constructive criticism!

Amazing burger place. Fresh meat prepared daily for juicy burgers. Generous portions and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Burgers with the malakof are a must try for cheese lovers.

Traveled from morges and visited this place with my colleagues. Amazing place and wide variety of burgers. I don't usually eat burgers but wanted to try this place as my friends were saying it's the best. It was completely true, great food. High quality and delicious. Got their biggest double burger with chips, it was fantastic. It had great cheese, and nicely cooked meat. Chips were the best and with the beer it was great. Loved their coffee after the food, very refreshing. Definitely a great place to visit in Lausanne.

A great burger place in Lausanne. The burger is good, as well as the fries. You’ll get a nice dipping sauce for the price. The location on the terrace is very nice. It is better to make a reservation if you’re going during the peak hours as it may be crowded.

Good service and wonderful atmosphere in the garden. However, I asked for a rare burger but it arrived medium. Other than that, great place.

Overall, a subpar experience, I am accustomed to burger places where you can have every Burger as veggie, and with a lot of different options. Here, you only have a few vegetarian options and frankly they were not very appetizing. Although I love Zoo Burger, I am not recommending this if your vegetarian.

Dinned on a Saturday afternoon, the food was very well made and tasted fresh and homemade. The service was good when looking at the situation from different angles (very busy). Once I finished my lunch I went and talked a little bit with the chefs they were very friendly, one even gave me different recommendations on where other spot I could visit while here on my holiday. I recommend this restaurant

The burgers are quite creative but I feel like the quality of the ingredients has gotten worse over the years. Therefore, I feel like the value for money isn't as good as it once was. I was disappointed especially with the Kalahari special; dry, lacking in sauce and felt like it was just thrown together with whatever they had in the kitchen. Bun could have been toasted, instead it felt like it was just out of the packet. Feta cubes in a burger just don't work. Make more effort pls, especially for a combo worth 25 CHF. Beer was great however, locally produced and of a very high quality. If it hadn't been for the awesome beer, I would have complained and probably left without paying - the fries were on average about 3cm in length. I'm all for homemade but this was just taking the Mickey. I recently have eaten at both of their outlets in Lausanne. The outdoor space is much appreciated.

Local for local. Great flavours and quality ingredients. Meat is sometimes over-cooked and buns can get soggy bottoms. But not a regular issue. Nice diine-in vibe on the terrace. You’re not Vaudois until you have a taste of Zoo. Yummy house frites too!

The best hamburgers in Switzerland, hands down. As a swiss-american, I love my meat and this place serves really good meat. The garlic sauce that comes with the fries.... Mhhhmmm.... (Homer Simpson noises)!
