This self-service/ buffet offers a good range of dishes and desserts. The quality is reasonable for the price. It is the best way to eat quickly while still having a proper meal.

Clean, lots of products, easy to walk-around (and get lost). Butcher and good selection of cheeses. The rolling carry bag is a bad invention especially for tall people.

Migros has the supermarket monopoly in Switzerland. You pretty much have no choice but to patronize them when you live here. That said, Migros Metropole is a decent sized supermarket with a reasonable range of products at Swiss prices. Just don't expect to find regular recogniseable European brands. You will need to shop at Coop for those. Staff are friendly and helpful. Checkouts move swiftly.

Migros in all its splendor with a large selection, What I don't like, and this is general with Migros, they position items in a way they look like price promotions and when it's not the case. Pretty confusing sometimes and not very..... ethical...

A very convenient supermarket in the very centre of the town, with great public transportation around. Once this is said, it's a supermarket, nothing fancy about supermarkets, they are just useful places to buy what you need (and much of what you don't).
