Personally, this is the best gelato shop I've ever tried while living in Europe. 😉🩵 I recommend all flavors. It's the best in both texture and flavor. 😙

One of the best ice cream shops in town. Great selection of diverse and delicious flavours. Would definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys quality ice cream. Prices are also very acceptable.

The ice cream is really good at this place but I must say that the waiting lines are reaaally long. I should also say that the place was closing at 21.00, we arrived hurrying at 20.54 to see already a small waiting line in front of us ( just some people) and the lady just waved us many times that we wouldn't be served. Normally the place wasn't already closed and we should be able to wait in line and be served. I just find it's a real pitty!

It’s really worth trying. The Yuzu flavor is very refreshing and the other flavors are also delicious.

Great spot for ice cream near the main train station at Lausanne. The queue can be long sometimes but it's definitely worth the wait.

Not bad, but generally overrated. Edit: Okay, let me elaborate. I came with very high expectations, as I had heard really good things. While the gelato is decent and tastes good, it didn't blow my mind, thus the 4 stars. Perhaps I had set myself up for disappointment. I am not a food critic, don't take it personally, it's just my opinion ;-)

The ice cream here is good, no question, and not that expensive if we are to compare it with the other similar options around or by the lake. However, the stubbornness of not using air conditioning is not only making no difference to the energy bill, since the ice cream is cooled with ambient temperature, but if this ambient temperature is about 40C inside the premises it would make the freezers work much harder cancelling any energy saving from not using an AC. Furthermore, you'll have soaked in sweat customers and nearly fainted staff. How does that make any sense Loom 1900 ? What's the point of treating your staff and customers like that ? A ventilation system to bring out the hot air from compressors out directly would be the bare minimum, plus it would prolong the life of your logistics and your staff, you know. I know AC legislation is tough, but solutions do exist.

Small take-away ice cream place but the ice cream in itself is exceptional and one of the best priced in Lausanne. They've got some really unique flavour so be bold and try something new, you'd be surprised.

The best Icecream parlor in Lausanne ! Super friendly staff and delicious cakes and ice cream ! It is always a pleasant experience to go to loom ! Even the Icecream size/portions are worth the price and cheaper than elsewhere ! - their timings change with seasons so better checkout google or call before you go!

THE place for ice cream, I usually go for Pistachio, Black sesame or Speculoos. Be warned, the lines are long, but you won’t be disappointed. They offer take away as well.

Another fabulous, and very popular, artisanal gelateria. Great sorbets and very helpful staff (and a very amusing door stop). Definitely worth going out of your way to experience.

Amazing choice of ice cream and sorbet! If you fancy some frozen dessert and you are in the Lausanne area, this is definitely the place to go! Various out of the ordinary exotic fruit sorbet (ginger, yuzu...) and you also have the originals which are delicious!

Love their ice cream! They have a huge variety of flavors to choose from. I tried the yuzu and whiskey ones and the yuzu one is one of the best I’ve ever tasted.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FOOD: One of my favourite ice cream places ever! Controversial opinion but trumps gelato I've had in Italy; dondurma in Turkey and anything else I've really had. You can't beat their sesame flavours (black for the aesthetic vibe 🔥); matcha (on the bitter side of bittersweet) and yuzu (lightweight but with sparks of freeze dried yuzu for its bright flavour). VALUE: Great value even outside Switzerland for the absolute quality. SERVICE: Polite and generous ❤️ AMBIENCE/DECOR: Cute, chic, clean. VISITED: Aug 2021 (3x)
