One of the great view over the city with a large park

This a great spot for sunsets in Lausanne! Anytime of the year since the view of the lake is clear of higher buildings. Usually packed with young people drinking and smoking a LOT. The surroundings are beautiful, the Palais de Justice is the cherry on top of the cake.

Nice views of the mountains. Lots of places to relax, have a snack or just chill.

It is one or maybe my favorite spot in Lausanne. Nice view at anytime of the day. In Summer great to sit on the grass and have a nap or read a book.

Beautiful place for a quick lunch. The salmon tartare was exquisite and just enough to keep me going throughout the day. Lovely vibe sitting on the terrace, with a view of the manicured garden and lake beyond. Would love to come back for dinner at some point.

One of the best places in the whole city, lovely atmosphere, great views, and often wonderful events. The Alphs in combination with a Swizz beer just before the sun sets is incredible.

Casual, beautiful surroundings, and tasty. Be sure to arrive early in order to find dishes. In the end of the menu you can see where the products were gotten. Close to the train station.

Beautiful place to hangout before you catch your next train to wherever. Has plenty of public toilets as well so don't need to worry about your intake

The park is pretty blend but it's a great place to go out and meet local people going out on friday and saturday nights. There are nice public events sometimes

By far one of the nicest view on the lake right in the middle of Lausanne, don't forget the surrounding parks if you want to enjoy a nice and quiet walk and to stop by the Casino de Montbenon for a nice drink on their large terasse:)
