This
house
from
1923
that
Corbusier
designed
and
built
for
his
parents
on
the
lake
just
before
entering
Vevey
from
the
west
can
be
visited
Saturdays
and
Sundays
from
14
to
17
only.
If
you
are
not
a
student
you
pay
14
CHF,
students
pay
2
CHF
less
which
is
a
rip-off.
The
staff
seems
nervous
that
you
are
going
to
steal
something,
take
a
photo
inside
the
house
or
put
half
your
left
foot
on
the
lawn
that
is
decorated
with
numerous
signs
telling
you
off.
Presently
there
is
a
photo
exhibition
that
was
not
well
curated
and
would
have
been
more
interesting
if
the
curator
had
restricted
the
number
of
photographs
and
the
staff
had
been
ready
to
tell
you
more
about
the
history
of
the
place.
Despite
having
a
heavy
architectural
heritage
and
loving
Corbusier's
Ronchamp,
I
did
not
really
find
this
visit
particularly
interesting.
