This is a terrible place! Stuff is very rude and unwelcoming. These people shouldn’t be in the hotel business. We accidentally booked Friday night instead of Saturday night and when we called to fix the mistake they literally stole our money. It is less priced but even that price is not justified. Stay out of this hole!

Sehr gutes Hotel! Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut und die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und auch in einem recht guten Zustand! Das einzige, was man sich klar sein muss ist, das ist auf der Etage eine kleine Dusche und ein kleine Toilette gibt, die jeweils etwa 2 m² groß sind! Und teilt sich diese mit etwa 8 Zimmern! Das Frühstück kostet 15 € pro Person und Tag und ist recht spartanisch! Anbei die Fotos! Es gibt ein wenig abgepackten Käse und Joghurt. Obst und Wurst haben wir nicht gesehen. Einen guten Kaffee und eine gute Kaffeemaschine gibt es aber! Müsli hier gibt es leider auch nicht, nur süßer Flakes. An sich ein gutes Hotel!

Einfaches Hotel, gut für 1 bis 2 Tage. Gemeinschaftstoilette und -bad auf dem Flur. Zu dunkle Kleine Zimmer. Die Heizung machte Geräusche. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach gehalten, es gab wenig Auswahl.

Great location, super staff, and fine facilities! The rooms got a little hot without any fan, but it was peak summer after all. Shared bathrooms we're fine and clean, and excellent value for what it was. Had some nice chats with the staff and thoroughly enjoy our stay here!

Room was serviceable and had most things done well. The staff were good & the location was very good.

Great spot to stay, very close to everything & the staff are great. Only issue is no AC or fan. 21:00 and was 32c in room not the best.

No air condition. Shower in family room on rooftop floor not suitable for someone taller 1.20 m. Check in not possible earlier than 1400, actually recepction desk is not always open during day time. On the positive side very good location, coffee machine available in the room, parking available too at a reasonable rate if you are lucky enough to get one the 3 available spots

Good location. Easy access to multiple forms of public transport. The rooms are outdated , although staff are good and supportive.

Over staff was nice, however they tried to over charge me for our room and we wasted a lot of time negotiating a price that never should have needed to be negotiated. Make sure you write down everything they say if you talk to them in the phone and ask whonyoure speaking to. Our linens were dirty 2 days in a row (visibly dirty) and needed to be changed. We had to use the shared bathroom at the end of the hall which was fine but the shower didn't look clean. Definitely anyplace where you want shower shoes. Nice little breakfasts available though!

Zimmer: - Bett war bequem - eigenen Waschbecken im Zimmer, Toilette und Dusche zur gemeinsamen Nutzung auf dem Gang. - Grosser Schrank, Kleiner Tisch und Fernseher im Zimmer. - Im Zimmer und in den Gemeinschaftstoiletten hätte es ein wenig besser riechen können. - Ansonsten schien es recht sauber zu sein. - Wände sehr dünn, vielleicht Ohrstöpsel anbieten oder mitnehmen, falls es einen stört. Service: - Freundliches Personal Standort: - guter Standort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. - Zu Fuss 18 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Lausanne entfernt. Fazit: - Als Hotel nur für Übernachtung und Kurzaufenthalte perfekt geeignet. - Hat mich nicht umgehauen (deshalb nur 4 Sterne), aber war für meine Anforderungen und 100.- pro Nacht völlig ausreichend.

It's ok for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was mediocre.

It’s okay for an overnight stay, not for longer stay. Staff used extra key to open our door when we were inside the room (with no notice given beforehand), just to check our bathroom with their contractor. Then they got out locked us inside the room with their extra key, we couldnt get out! The door lock is not functioning since that. Requested to change the room but no response.

Old building that needs a renovation, many bedrooms (15/18 m2) have not the bathroom inside and even the common bathrooms (public corridor) are very old and small (35 cm wide gap between sink and door to access the wc!). The level of cleanliness is fine. Breakfast better than expected: recommended.

Small hotel on a good place, good price

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but my stay was good and as expected for the price. Similar to a private room in a hostel. This isn't luxury accomodation but the bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the linens and room were clean although a bit worn. The shared bathroom is compact and old but was clean whenever I used it. There wasn't really a place to put my luggage other than on the floor, a luggage rack would have helped. And a couple plates, bowls, utensils would have been nice. And the sheets are probably about ready to be replaced. Even so, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My husband and I stayed there last April. It is charming, convenient and a great experience. We knew it was older but that adds to its' character. It is right down the street from where my husband lived while going to medical school in the 50's. He is going again this April and, hopefully, he'll be able to stay there again with 2 of his daughters. Very European and lovely.

Great location, the Chapel is a must visit, the shared washroom & shower is as small as it gets

If you don't worry about sharing the bathroom, this is an amazing place to stay! I love the cozy space and the reception they gave me! Would literaly come back here!

The bed had bedbugs. The toilet is too small. It's hard to use the token to open the door, and we only had one key for 4 people.

The hotel is quite simple but clean and tidy, and has everything a normal traveller needs. I like the place because it has personality, and the staff is friendly and charming. For Swiss standards (a ridiculously expensive country), the price of this hotel is quite fair. A major asset is the location: you walk less than 10 mins to the Beaulieu congress centre, and less than 5 mins to the m2 metro station. The famous cathedral is also close by. I would book again if I come back to Lausanne.

Just no, the stomping footsteps..this is unbearable, the doors banging, 1 inch gaps under the doors, you can hear EVERYTHING! It’s awful! no fridge, noisy street, nearly 90 Swiss francs down the drain, you’ll sleep better on the park bench outside.. I’m not kidding. Your business will fail with this poor quality accommodation and excessive prices.
