The hotel felt extremely safe and is in a brilliant location for all the local attractions. The staff are all lovely, knowledgeable and genuine with a caring and honest attitude. They can’t do enough for you from the doormen to the staff on the reception desk, they are a credit to the hotel. We loved everything about our stay and will certainly be back soon.

Unfortunately there is a strong smell of old furniture that prevents me from evaluating higher. I had a hotel in the centre of Geneve that was 2 times cheaper and much much more modern and pleasant smelling. I had to open windows in a cold weather just to dilute the smell with fresh air, and it was quite cold in result.

I can't recall ever having anywhere close to this much trouble with hotel Wi-Fi. About 2/3 of the time, it would just plain be down. Some lesser trouble with the hot water; had to wait a while to get a warm shower.

Stayed here in May 2018 for a few night. Convenient location just next to the train station and a short walk to the funicular tram. The room was slightly dated though but comfortable enough. I am a light sleeper but didn't hear any train sound.

Nice, clean and convenient - old hotel so don't expect modern rooms. Well organized and rooms were clean.

Awesome customer service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They were fluent in English, gave us free metro passes, and some good pointers on things to do. The complimentary breakfast was nice and hotel is very clean. I loved the railway themed artwork and detailed model railway in the floor of the dinning area which. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Very good breakfast. Nice personal, very helpful and always meeting people with great smile. The nearest hotel to go to the train station. The only disadvantage I can tell is the hotel view. There is no view.

Typical small and adorable rooms where you can also hear and feel the train comming.. the hotel is nearby the train station. Very confortable beds and refurbished bathrooms. Breakfast was really nice, decoration was awesome and i felt like in 1980.

Extremely close to railway station. You almost don't hear trains when all your windows are closed, but it is impossible to sleep with hardly open window at all. I'll try attaching phoro from my room. My room was on a top of building, with one windows on a roof. I'd recommend this hotel only as a last option, when you haven't any other options (as I was). Room is very small - attic. In my own list this hotel is in a top with a rate price\quality.
