This
hotel
was
fun.
The
Swiss
Alp
theme
was
found
throughout
the
hotel.
A
red
Swiss
cross
is
located
on
the
exterior
of
the
building,
along
with
images
of
trees,
moose,
and
wooden
clocks.
The
hotel
lobby
has
a
nice
seating
area
with
complementary
coffee,
tea,
and
croissants.
The
overstuffed
couches
in
black
and
red
tartan
plaid
carries
the
theme.
There
is
a
curio
cabinet
displaying
a
collection
of
wooden
cows,
including
small
keychains
for
purchase.
The
elevator
is
wall
papered
with
alpine
trees
to
give
the
feeling
you
are
in
the
alps.
Room
numbers
are
embedded
in
the
carpet
outside
each
room
door
in
red
to
easily
navigate
to
your
hotel
room.
Open
the
door
to
your
own
personal
"chalet."
Complete
with
a
comfortable
bed,
a
refrigerator,
a
room
safe,
a
desk,
a
spacious
vanity,
and
a
nice,
hot
shower
enclosed
in
glass.
In
fact,
the
shower
can
be
seen
through
the
glass
on
the
other
side
in
the
bedroom.
Close
the
barn
style
door
between
the
entry
and
the
bedroom
and
walla!
Watch
your
partner
shower?
Interesting.
The
top
floor
has
a
restaurant
which
is
open
for
breakfast.
The
horizon
of
Luasanne
can
be
seen
up
here.
The
glass
dome
ceiling
has
etched
snowflakes.
Guests
can
opt
for
the
full
breakfast
or
just
coffee
and
a
Danish.
The
hotel
is
located
just
below
Old
Town
and
several
blocks
above
Ouchy
Marina.
We
walked
to
both
as
the
location
was
very
convenient.
There
was
a
small
festival
happening
two
streets
below
with
live
music.
The
TV
is
not
a
Smart
TV
and
can
not
be
used
to
cast
movies,
messages
or
your
computer
screen.
Selection
of
available
stations
was
limited.
The
hotel
has
parking
but
when
we
checked
in
at
3:00pm,
the
person
at
the
front
desk
informed
us
that
it
was
full.
If
we
wanted
to
use
their
parking,
we
could
park
at
their
other
hotel
in
Old
Town.
So
we
drove
the
ten
minute
walk
to
the
lot.
I
would
stay
here
again.
It
is
not
spacious
for
entertaining
guests
or
hanging
out
in
the
room,
but
for
a
space
that
is
comfortable
and
to
sleep
in,
it's
perfect!
