It's a heat wave, the listing said there was AC. Spoiler, there's no AC it's a fake thermostat in the room. Also they claimed free parking but it's not free at all, or at least their system is so convoluted that it was basically not free. it's constantly noisy. The room itself was ok otherwise but I hate spending money on a lie. Avoid.

Pleasant, bright and modern hotel, very friendly staff, well appointed spacious rooms. Excellent sound insulation towards the outside but the walls between rooms are inadequately sound proofed, hence a deduction in ratings. Restaurant of surprisingly good quality for a 3* hotel and good breakfast buffet at reasonable price

Good location. Good Wifi. Room way too noisy: no soundproofing, room above a highway... Sirens, cars... Beds: 2 single beds joined together, very uncomfortable in the middle. You should at least add a mattress topper. Oppressive view on another building, even though i'm on the last floor with a balcony. sadly disappointed by this hotel

The hotel is good, the restaurant is good. But there's only one guy from the restaurant is being rude to us. Maybe the supervisor or just a normal staff. The service that he gave to us is tottaly not satisfying. It's not a good image for a very good hotel like this. While we enjoy the hotel and the aquarium! Very nice moment ro be remember. The hotel is very good and stuff is friendly. But the breakfast sucks! Stuff is talking and laughing instead of replacing food or cleaning up tables. The tables on the window are were broken. The food was mediocre.

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel during our business trip. + The building itself is modern and clean. + A bit far away from the city center but you can reach the city center by metro line m2 in 15 minutes. + The staffs are nice and helpful. + Nice view + Breakfast was fine - The rooms are so basic equipped. The rooms have neither refrigerator nor a kettle. However there is a room with 2-3 kettles, 2-3 iron and 2-3 iron boards, one microwave in second floor. But only the reception has refrigerator which is very uncommon for me. - One of us had to work in home office. However, he had to go to EPFL everyday as the hotel internet connection was poor. If you are thinking of doing business on your laptop then better to not count on the internet connection of the hotel. - The AC doesn’t work properly. All in all, the hotel doesn’t worth 4 stars in European standards.

The place has a very nice seating downstairs right beside a very shallow pool (which you can walk in). There are small fountains which greatly amuse young kids. The coffee is great. The sauna is also good. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that the metro station leaves you almost right in front of the lobby. However, the rooms don't have AC, so it is hot in the summer even though noisy standee fans are provided by the reception.

If all you are looking for a clean room and a good bed, this hotel will satisfy you. If you are looking for a good customer service, a bit of flexibility and attendance to your needs, keep looking!

Great hotel. Clean, tidy, great food. Super feature: the metro stops underneath it and passes every 5 minutes through tje town, by Lausanne station and on to the port. Very bicycle friendly as well! The metro allows bikes as well. 😀😀😀

Good place to visit Lausanne. Rooms are clean and quiet. The hotel is also very conveniently located by the metro station and they offer free metro tickets during the stay.

Very average experience. Bar rarely open, no hot drink facility in room or down in bar included in price. Well located. Room cleaning hit and miss.

Clean stylish hotel. Easy access. Next to metro station. And with rates better than way uglier and sketchy hotels at the city center. It's worth the detour. You can get rooms with lake view (extra $$). Unfortunately, the lake is not close and there's a highway in the view. But the rooms are quiet with the windows closed

It's a GREAT 3 stars, there are just a couple of missing details to make it look and feel like a proper 3+, if not a 4 stars. The personnel was kind, Services are more than fair (nice Sauna and gym, maybe a bit more attention to details would make it perfect), strategic location perfectly connected to both highway and city center (metro behind the corner). We left after a stay pleasant, relaxing and satisfying. Just a few pending questions, which would be worth the 5th star: - Why not having a fridge in the room? - Why having an Air conditioner system impossible to turn off? - Why not having AT LEAST 2 pillow options, soft and hard? For the rest: Highly recommended :)

Owner should review his Cleaning Manager..she has no clue on hospitality and clients concerns..most rudest person. No idea how to handle clients or let me say she makes you feel you are optional..

We stayed at this hotel on our recent trip to Lausanne and it was an average experience. The hotel is modern with lots of airy spaces all around due to the size of the place. It shares the building with a few offices, aquatic park and some event/catering facilities. The rating of each area of our stay is as below. 1. Room: Very modern and spacious with all the facilities including a small safe. The bathroom was clean and nice the way we preferred. The downside was the ventilation in the room. The AC was blowing warm air despite it being a warm day and stopped working completely in the middle of the night which meant we had to open windows and listen to traffic noises on the motorway on the side. 2. Staff: The best part of the hotel. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and pleasant and greeted us with a smile every time we went to the reception. Explained things about the city and facilities and went through a proper check in. 3. Breakfast: Needs improvement especially if you're charging CHF22 per head for a full breakfast. The coffee was bland and my wife who's a vegan with gluten allergies didn't have options for breakfast apart from the fruit salads. Some fresh tomatoes and veg (not fried) with salad would have been better to make it inclusive. 4. Location: Fairly on outskirts of the city but we didn't mind as we drove in. Parking was CHF18 per night and you can park at the basement and access the hotel using the lifts. Overall an average rating and the pricing was reasonable for the room.

I stayed 1 night in this off the freeway hotel. Was okay, no complaints, as expected.

The aircondition units mounted on the roof of building next door were so loud that I could not sleep at all. Moving me to another room was not possible so I would have to attend my buissnes meeting the they after with no sleep.

- we was informed that we can park in the parking and it will cost max 24.- . But at the end it costed us 48😒. - Aquatis is a place to visit with kids but the hotel offers nothing for kids. Not possible to go in the spa during hours where nobody is there. In the restaurants not able to get paper to draw in it during the ( long) time we had to wait. No playing room. - our shower had a problem and after each shower we had a lot of water in the rest of the bathroom. - we was 2 nights in the hotel and we wished to go a second time visit Aquatis exposition. We had to pay full price again. If we had reserved 1 night did the checkout and checkin it would have been for free. I asked the receptionist to get a discount and the answer was write to our manager about this problem … Completely illogical and not fair.

Hotel is well located with the metro and highway nearby. Service is wonderful and people are dedicated professionals. Rooms are great, large and clean. The hotel is quiet.

Overall a great hotel for the right price, right on the Metro to the centre of Lausanne (15 minute ride). Modern and very comfortable rooms, excellent service at reception, very good breakfast. Small comments: (1) would be nice to have coffee/tea in the room; (2) sometimes breakfast items are not replenished timely; (3) would be nice if a "queensize bed" would actually be a queensize bed and not two twin beds stacked together.

The Service was absolutely bad.. In the restaurant and on the reception.. I don't know if it's because of COVID-19 or whatever.. but the atmosphere was more "i don't care". Will never visit this Hotel anymore.

Would highly recommend. It was a very pleasant stay for us, staff was very friendly and helpful. The garden restaurant was beautiful, especially the featured wall aquarium filled with piranhas!!! Breakfast was great, good choice and fresh. The spa/hammam was very nice, and the metro tickets gifted by the hotel were very helpful. Thank you!

The staff at reception didn't smile even once, didn't greet us, was quite unfriendly. The hotel overall is OK, clean, but definitely not for a family stay like they claim on their website.

Rooms are clean and modern. A good bathroom. The staff was very kind! The price was also okay and it included tuckets for the metro which is directly at the hotel.

Definitely one I would come back to again, easy to get to from the local metro station and on a straight shot by train from Geneve airport. "In the hills", but very easy to get down to lakeside. This is not my first trip to Lausanne, but it is the first time I've stayed so high up.

Best breakfast here and very friendly staff. Direct Metro next to hotel to City center and Lake. Perfect bevor visit @ Aquatis Aquarium. We had a XL Room which was perfect with our two kids. See U next time in Lausanne.

Impossible to sleep all night long due to the broken vent. The proximity to the busy freeway is very bothersome, cannot open windows at all (A/C didn't seem to work either, so fresh air was out of reach). If one wants to sleep in a reasonable environment, avoid this hotel.

Loud noise from broken A/C piping/valve in room all night long. Not recommendable in case one wants to sleep. Sleep was impossible - whole night (well, until 6am or so). Window cannot be opened either due to the direct proximity to a busy freeway. Staff not helpful at all. Not recommended. Reply to the reply: yes, after one sleepless night, the room was changed to a marginally (<10%) larger one with a worse layout! Furthermore, it was not possible to even agree on the slightest remedy for the sleepless night. I will never stay at this property again, for sure, so future credit is worthless. I really could not be annoyed more. Also by the reply!
