Had dinner on 20th May 2022. Terrible experience. Very poor quality food, the chicken is similar to dog's food, Where did you source these chicken from ????? what is the origin???? The rice was old and dry like it was made 3 days ago, VERY VERY POOR QUALITY food. Felt sick afterwards. The tuna mini sushi were stinky, TAKASAN, please be careful on what you serve, what you served last Thursday could have been a quality and food safety risk, food was unfit for human consumption!!!!

Ordered Pad Thai shrimps contained large prices of disgusting meat (looks like pork?) Do not recommend!

Very different food than majority of asiatique food we get around lausanne. Lovely indoor ambiance too. Would recommend this place for sure ☺️

The food is very good. Tried the salmon and also the chicken with teriyaki. Both very tasty. Only negative would be the very small portion of rice.

Very disappointed. Poor quality food with poor quality cooking (cannot even make a proper pad thai): will not go there any more.

This is an outstanding restaurant. Both the food and the level of service surpassed my expectations. I had a 50% discount but every dish would have been worth paying full price for. It is clear this restaurant really cares about their ingredients and cooking technique.

The lunch buffet was surprisingly good - for 25CHF p.p. the amount of proteins available (chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu dishes) is pleasantly surprising. Choice is reasonably varied and foods are very well seasoned. The place is getting more popular at lunch so hopefully they can keep up the great work!

Excellent restaurant, very nice and polite staff and maybe the best peking duck I ever had !!

The Teppanyaki is quite a show, delicious food + great service

Very pleasant experience at the Takasan Asian Fusion Restaurant. Had dinner with a friend here on a Friday evening. Service was fast and friendly. Food was good, with nice presentation. We ordered some shrimp gyoza as entrée, a Teppanyaki salmon, and one of the set menus (which comes with an algae salad, some sushi, Teppanyaki with a side of rice and a dessert). Both of us received complimentary fried spring rolls (as an amuse-bouche). My salmon Teppanyaki was a bit on the saltier side for my taste, would've preferred a bit less sauce. The dessert (green tea ice cream with mochi and red beans) was delicious! Overall a great experience. Price is average (about the same price as what dinner out for two in Lausanne would cost). Would recommend!
