Good parking, well labelled, not wheelchair accessible, serious or 30 stairs to get to the ticket office, ok Gift Shop (lots of gems stones and Swissittude), poor bar and beverage area and service, nice informative displays, 30 stairs going down to the lake, safe boats, atrocious tour guide, gorgeous cavern, brief ride but very interesting, best seen with a concert or special event

In the beginning the lake seemed amazing. Too many tourists though and the guide did not stop talking for a minute to let the visitors enjoy the magic of this place. There also was a couple who took a baby on the underground tour. Obviously it started crying in the middle of it! The natural shape of the cave enabled the horrible sound to reach the highest notes. Why would anyone take or allow a baby on such a tour???

The boat ride was nice but shorter than I imagined. The guide was okay but the English portion does not seem as detailed. Staff was friendly. The whole experience felt pretty touristy, which is not really my thing.

Great value for the price (12CHF per person). The Tourguide spoke French, English and German perfectly and the tour itself was really interesting.

Really fun trip. You are taken on a boat through the narrow and long lake. A guide narrates history and a interesting facts about the lake and the cave system (during our trip he spoke in 4 langauages, wow). The whole trip took about 30 minutes.

For half the price maybe worth it! The cave and water is very pretty! The tour is rather unspectacular ( a bunch of people in a boat and the tour guide talks down his script - not super personal ) probably super cool for a concert visit which happens to be once or twice a month 🌞

Easy booking process. Very interesting to view such a magnificent and timeless attraction. We first visited a good few years ago so it's pleasing to see that the attraction experience has been improved. There's some hanging around prior to your tour and our time was a little later than booked but that was no issue. This whole visit can easily be done in 90 mins tops. There's a small exhibition explaining it's history, cafe and touristy gift shop. Our guide was very knowledgeable and allowed a decent mix of quiet to view the cave / talking to explain things to us as we sat in the boat. Really enjoyable experience and we'd definitely recommend to friends & family.

Nice lake, 30 min visit. Guide was very nice, and said the same thing 3 times in 3 different languages, which made the visit a bit less authentic. Don't hope for the wow factor, but could be nice with kids. Be aware that trouts were added to the lake, to "check for the purity of water" which seems quite strange with today's technology (maybe more for a tourist purpose?) No other explanations as to why were given by the guide.

Perfect place to be when the temperature outside is 36 degrees! Inside it is 15 and the water is 11. Nice boat tour with friendly guide that translates in English and German.

It was alright. Not so special anyways. I was looking forward to see some bats, but there weren't any. There were fishes though.... Plus, the water is so clear.

Nice to see the formations during visit but you won't get everything from the guide if you don't understand French or German. English part of guiding is weak/half of the story.

Boat ride is pretty short and you only seem to enter the lake a short way. Underwhelming... especially after 2.5 hours of train ride each way!

A bit expensive for the 20 minute boat ride through a cavern. Guides were friendly and interesting. Not a must, but an ok visit.

A bit touristy but nice experience. The guide was friendly and spoke in 3 languages. The cave is beatiful and well lit, we saw some trouts as well. Too bad we were stuck on a boat with a school class (noisy!). Also we were sat in one boat at first, where I happily got a rear end seat, which was ideal for taking photos of the cave. But then the guide changed her mind and made us all change to another boat where I sadly had no good spot to take pictures
