Came to test the new brunch place in lausanne, service was a bit slow but makes sense it was their first brunch, food was really nice, eggs Benedict were on point. Salty pancakes could do with a bit more salmon . The scrambled eggs were great! . The coffee was good, no flat white tho. They could offer fresh juices. The staff was really friendly. Overall a nice place, I would comeback probably once they are more settled.

Good vibe, friendly & attentive service. My salmon 3 flavors was tasty (classic was the best) but excessively expensive. I find this place likely better for brunch than for dinner.

Surprisingly good Scandinavian leaning restaurant. We tried their Danish inspired smørrebrøds and a perfectly cooked arctic char, all served by a very pleasant waitress. In addition, you don't smell from the restaurant kitchen when you return home. Highly recommended.

Great Nordic-style food!

This is place offers unique nordic food with great service. I stopped by with my son for lunch and the service was extremely friendly! Both staff went beyond to help. The food is so refreshing different and light. I had their daily lunch special for a reasonable price. Their fried fish tasted great and nicely presented. Definitely worth going!

Amazing restaurant, amazing food! Dining at Ata was a great experience! The food is perfectly balanced in flavor and presentation. I highly recommend trying all of the LES SMØRREBRØDS! They were all very flavorful. Secondly the Gravlax! Cannot miss it. Cocktails were SUPERB! Wonderful experience.

The food was very very tasty and well cooked (in my case truite). With some small additions that gave it a character. Also surprisingly coffee (expresso) was very good quality!

Finally a good restaurant in Lausanne which serves food all day and wine by a large glass! The food at Ata is fresh, light, colourful and delicious, and much of it is locally sourced. The price for the dishes is good value compared to the average Swiss restaurant. But this is no average restaurant because here the food quality is great, the staff are very friendly and the ambience in the newly renovated restaurant makes you feel like you have been transported to Copenhagen. I have been a few times already it's so good. My favourite morning bite is the kanelbullar (cinnamon roll) with a tea or coffee. For lunch or dinner, I highly recommend the smorrebrod. In my opinion the best are herring/beetroot or another one with shrimp and pickles, or another one with salmon mouse/fresh salmon. When you go to try this place, my only advice is to book if you plan to eat around lunch or dinner, this place is popular for a good reason. Enjoy!
