I
must
start
this
review
with
an
apology.
I
should
have
written
it
about
a
month
ago,
but
due
to
personal
circumstances
it
was
delayed.
I
am
sorry
for
that
but...better
late
than
never.
So
let's
get
in
to
the
details
and
let
me
explain
why
I
give
5
stars
but
would
be
happy
to
give
more
if
there
were
any
I
own
a
Victorinox
carry-on
trolley
and
I
love
it!
It
is
over
10
years
of
age,
showing
signs
of
it's
many
years,
but
still
an
excellent
case.
Don't
want
to
change
or
replace
it.
Sadly,
recently
the
wheels
broke.
I
was
traveling
and
happened
to
be
in
Lausanne
and
saw
the
Victorinox
shop.
I
figured
there's
nothing
to
lose
and
I
stepped
inside.
Nothing
to
lose??
It
was
one
of
the
best
steps
I
ever
took.
I
was
immediately
greeted
by
Ms
Raffaella
who
took
excellent
care
of
me.
She
tried
to
get
me
new
wheels,
she
offered
to
take
the
bag,
have
it
fixed
and
then
return
it,
she
offered
a
trade-in
with
a
discount
on
the
new
model...
Unfortunately
we
were
not
able
to
have
it
repaired
within
the
timeframe
of
my
trip
so
I
was
forced
to
decline.
Not
one
to
give
up,
Raffaella
gave
me
her
number
at
the
shop
and
requested
that
I
be
in
touch
if
I
was
to
return
to
Lausanne.
Well
what
do
you
know...I
did.
Early
this
year
I
had
a
trip
to
Switzerland
with
a
brief
stay
in
Lausanne.
I
called
ahead
and
Raffaella
told
me
not
to
worry
-
it
would
all
work
out.
And
I
just
knew
it
would.
I
stopped
by
the
shop
and
unfortunately
Raffaella
herself
was
not
there.
But
that's
OK,
her
colleague
Ms
Laima
was
waiting
for
me.
Within
minutes
the
wheels
had
been
replaced
and
the
bag
was
good
to
go.
And
the
cherry
on
the
cake?
I
had
a
new
(2
months
old)
backpack
which
had
started
to
unravel
at
the
seams.
No
problems!
Laima
made
a
quick
call
and
within
minutes
just
replaced
it
for
a
brand
new
one
of
the
same
model
from
the
stock
in
the
shop.
Honestly
I
cannot
imagine
better
service!!
So
if
you
ever
need
anything
related
to
Victorinox,
the
Lausanne
shop
is
the
place
to
go!!!
