Dear Bucherer staff, Unfortunately you managed to disappoint me totally for the second time in a couple of years! I’m very very surprised from your poor level of service along with the snob, aloof attitude...I sincerely felt that you were doing me a favor of selling products to me. No feeling at all of visiting a luxury boutique. Just to let you know, I’m an avid watch enthusiast and I’ve been in contact with many boutiques around the world, who managed to provide top notch service without even being the no.1 dealer (sales wise) in Europe. Despite the fact of not doing anything to keep your customers happy, you are not even trying to be polite or simply helpful. I don’t really find any rational or emotional reason to buy products anymore from your store. Keep in mind, that by being the biggest dealer of certain brands, does not mean that you are considered one of the best. In simple words, experiential marketing along with extraordinary service guarantee an excellent reputation and place in the pantheon of luxury industry. Good luck in the future! Greg

I reserved a few watches through a watchmaker website to this store because Bucherer did not have the right model and the sizes that I needed. I received a message that Bucherer would contact me in two days and invite to try the watches. After a week of not hearing from them, I went to the store in person and it turned out hat they had even started preparing the watches that I needed! A lady there told me that she would sort it out and call me next day. Of course, she did not. I called them again and another person told me that they had got the watches and just needed to check them. Well I received a call day after that, in fact, this person lied and they did not have the watches. The worst of it, they could not tell me when they would get them! I understand that there can sometimes be difficulties with logistics. But it is a watch store, they have one job! It is frustrating that I have to chase them to be able to spend money at the store.

I am new to switzerland and have a watch (not Bucherer's main line) which requires repair under warranty. Contrary to some of the other reviews, I was received with friendly and professional staff from doorstep all the way to service desk downstairs. The store really made the process easy for me, and I highly recommend for people who need English support.

Unpleasant, unhelpful and misinformed staff. Disappointed, will not be returning to this shop.

My today's experience exemplifies how a high-end store treats its customer equally and respectfully. At the beginning, We are welcomed by the lady, who guided us politely to use another easy access door immediately after she saw my daughter's stroller and handed over us to the "horloger", Michel Landolf. Michel listened our issue patiently, offered some alternatives, and gave me ample time to discuss with my wife and mother-in-law who were sitting on store's comfortable couch. He didn't even seem bothered with our noisy 2.5 yrs old daughter who wanted to see and ask everything inside the store. I would be happy to give 6 stars if it's possible as I feel that it's not very common act received by a young nonlocal and noncaucasian person wearing flip-flops in the high-end watch store.

Serious boutique if maybe a little dated. Service is excellent if watch choice is perhaps limited versus Geneva. The watch maintenance crew is super nice and super competent.

I asked for a Rolex Explorer.. she told me they only have the watches which are in the showing window.. so Bucherer Lausanne only have 6-8 Roley watches in Store? nice to know :-)

We had very good service from Michel who changed the battery of my almost 30 year-old Bucherer watch and patiently advised us as we tried to find a replacement strap for the watch. It was a pity they did not have a similar snake skin leather strap like my original one, we had to be happy with calf leather. I have visited Bucherer boutiques in Berlin, Munich and London and have to say the one in Lausanne gave us the most pleasant vibes. It would have been great if they had Rolex watches to sell, but like everywhere else in the world pieces were for exhibition only.

I bought my Rolex Submariner at Bucherer on December 1982!!! It’s still my best friend! Received very friendly service from the store. Still remember after 40 years. Danke! Merci bien!

Came to buy a Rolex. Dissappointed that everything were only for exhibition but understandable as it is Rolex strategy to create scarcity and exclusivity. My only comment is the shopkeeper was not emphathetic at all. Basically like go home, nothing for sale here, bye bye.

Last October 2021 I bought jewelry from the shop , and the VAT has already deducted, they give me the envelope of the VAT amount to put it in the box at the airport. I did what they told me . Now , we are on February , in my country and my bank send me a message told me they have to withdraw the VAT amount!! I bought on the same day jewelry on Jound shop jewelry that was next you , I did the same thing . I put the envelope on the same box and everything was good. I don’t know where is the problem. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.

The store is well located, and the staff is exceptional! They are super gentle, prepared and welcoming - on Saturday it’s a little too crowded, but during the weekdays it’s perfect
