The Ice Lattes were very yum and refreshing . The waiter , I think his name was Lyndon was very friendly. He even saved me and my friends from getting hustled from a con man. Very good customer service 🙏

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff at The Coffee Hub Lautoka, especially to a wonderful woman who, although I’m not sure if she’s the branch manager or supervisor, truly went above and beyond today. I had just received my ice chocolate and was on my way out, holding a takeaway meal in one hand and placing my drink on top while juggling my phone. Unfortunately, as I was answering a call, I accidentally dropped my drink, and it made a mess on the floor. Despite the situation, the staff member came right over with a big smile and asked if I was okay. She showed genuine concern even after I dropped my drink. Then, without hesitation, she asked what drink I had ordered, took the empty cup from me, and assured me they would make a new one. I explained I was running late, and she kindly asked if I could wait just five more minutes for the replacement, which I agreed to. When the drink was ready, I insisted on paying for it again, but she graciously told me not to worry about it. This experience made my day, and I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service. The Coffee Hub has consistently provided top-notch service, and today was no exception. You’ve earned a loyal customer, and I’m more than happy to rate you 5 stars for your kindness, professionalism, and the great attitude that made this little mishap into a positive experience. I was at the lautoka cafe with family. The food and drinks were really good. This person called Lyndon served us and he was very kind and cheerful. Definitely the best cafe in town.

Stopped here for lunch. Tried their raw fish it was delicious. The beautiful girl that was serving us on the day was so good with her job. The best customer service ever. Thanks for your great service will see you again. Vinaka🌸

Very pleased with breakfast and special coffees at 9 a.m. Eggs Benny with salmon with perfect runny eggs, on GLUTEN FREE Toast, delicious. Omelet perfect. Will be returning!!

The passion fruit and coconut cake was absolutely next level. Creamy and sweet with amazing flavours. Good presentation and a good price. The mall this shop is in has nice aircon and free wifi as an added extra. Fiji doesn’t seem the best place for sweet, but this bucked the trend. Highly recommended when in Lautoka.
