Life Cinema Lautoka Very Poor Customer Service Staffs need to learn abt how to respect Vip Customers 👎👎

I recently visited the cinema and was dismayed by the level of uncleanliness and unpleasant odor in the theater. Additionally, I attempted to book my tickets by calling the cinema, but my repeated calls went unanswered. This experience has left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of attention to the cinema's upkeep. Life cinema lautoka

On sep 10 me and my husband wanted to have good time to watch a good movie eat popcorn and relax. Because of your staff’s attitude and laziness we just came back home. . At the box office you’re staff just sitting and talking away on personally phone conversations to even notice us the other two staffs just looks at us . Then he poses few seconds to tell us go to cashier to ask what’s playing. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. this location is in lautoka in tapoo city. Thank you.

Great meeting place in Lautoka City. Situated in the heart of Lautoka, Tappoo city houses Life Cinema complex Supermarket, Tappoo tourist store and variety of restaurants.

Fairly speaking. Good interior but the hype missing. Well I got a VIP ticket. Speaking about facilities; good and clean looking toilets, good lighting and designs but it just don't completes it , feels missing.

Oh my dear Life Cinema , Lautoka, what have you become? 🥺😓 Service is good, however the cinema itself needs a major clean up and restoration. Sound and video projection is good, however, torn seats, a stinky cinema, dusty and dirty seats etc all dampened the experience today. This place needs a major clean up in the cinemas! Location and price is not bad however the cleanliness and atmosphere needs to improve.

Visited Life Cinema to watch a movie while on holidays. The cinema was clean and the staff were friendly, the food selection was good and well priced. The VIP tickets were worth the price, chairs were comfy and roomy, the cinema was clean and the projection of the movie and the sound were outstanding. Highly recommend a visit for a movie.

Cinema 1 has a good sound system and decent size screen, but the 3D avatar movie seen today was out of 3d focus for the first 8-10 minutes until someone left the theater to complain. Once the issue was resolved so the glasses issued worked the screen was crystal clear and the remainder of the movie was wonderful. Quite reasonable pricing. All in all a very good theatre in the city with the rating only marred by the 3d focus glitch for the beginning portion of the movie.
