Just ordered my late dinner at McD lautoka and I ordered big Mc Chicken and without letting me know that lautoka branch doesn't have enough Big Mc Chicken, they just changed my order to McChicken. When asked she lady at the counter said something in Fijian language and said sorry. But again she didn't change my order.

Clean place, loads of flies flying around. Aircon just keeping up, just. No wifi available even though they have it they won't provide password which is pretty poor and unlike most of the world.

Bring your own hand sanitizer. You pay everything here including the condiments.

This is our first halal McDonald’s so I can’t really compare to anything else but as far as my experience was pretty good. The cashier was very friendly. She repeated my order to make sure she got it right as it was a large order. Plenty of seating area and it was clean too. Restrooms were clean too. Service was quick and excellent. As all the staff was working hard to make sure they got the order right. There was 2 person checking the tray to make sure everything was on it. I’m very happy with the service they provided for a fast food. Btw the cashier has a smile on her face the whole time for a minute I thought maybe I looked funny but then I saw her smiling at everyone she greeted. Thank you.

Sauce cost 25cents how greedy can the owners get .. everywhere in the world it's free.. shame

2022 Sept review: Usual Maccas meals. Can get crowded. Wen u need a quick meal this mit be 1 of the only places available till 11pm. at Lautoka City. Unfortunately the staff don't seem to know they have a muffin & coffee meal. If u ordering this from Mccafe chk ur receipt. This place cud be better.

This has to be the busiest store I've ever been to and because we were tourists we were quickly ushered to the front of the line!!! The food was absolutely delicious, and the chip's were piping hot. The burgers even looked like the advertised pictures on receipt of our order!!!!! I noticed that they were just installing the automated ordering system in this store at the time of our visit, so thing's are about to get busier. Thanks McDonald's!
