Supermarket is nice for shopping BUT receiving is very very slow n worst all receiver will only sit n talons session will go rather then receive the items n let the trucks go very bad receiving area especially in flagstaff suva

I love doing my groceries shopping here, it’s reliable, always clean and great air conditioning. Fruits and vegetables sections are my favorite. They always seem to have fresh fruits and veg. Staff are always greeting me with a friendly smile and always helping in packing my groceries. They have everything you need. I highly recommend Extra Supermarket.

Got served by Sandhika Priya Lata here in Lautoka. She casually throws the receipt at me. She most likely didn't hear me thank her, but I could absolutely tell from her facial expression that she didn't want to be at work. I don't like giving out bad reviews, but this was definitely warranted. Don't be in customer service if you aren't up to it. Pay your customers, or people in general, with the same respect you'd want to be treated. A proper "Have a great night" with a smile wouldn't cost a cent.

Being the very first Extra branch in Lautoka, and coming from Suva, I've been to the one in Flagstaff and Laucala Beach, and this one cannot compare with the other two. It really needs a good RENOVATION and for it to be extended. Managers need to look at how the other 2 are operating and how it has been kept for shopping to be made easy and stress free. I came in here and the space to shop around was so compact and narrow. It feels so stressful to shop here because of the cramped up spacing, less cashiers, the shelves are not very spaced out and organized. I don't want to come back here for shopping as it doesn't have the variety of goods unlike the other 2 branches. This branch seriously needs a good renovation to keep up with its compy reputation.

It's a great supermarket for big pockets. Prices are humongous. But if you are looking for Australian made products this is the right place.

Very friendly staffs, so many variety of products, the meat products are very fresh and well kept and is cheaper than other outlets. You find everything under one roof. Opens 7 days a week till late to accommodate everyone. Disabled friendly environment with access.

Great shopping place.. Wide range to select from. Premium quality meat and have seen some exclusive to store products as well. Specially the spices and other cooking goodies..... Enough checkout counters... However you may have to Wait in a queue during busy hours. They also have a separate liquor store with variety of choices. Good for overseas visitors staying in Lautoka. You may get your brands here as well.... 😎👌

One of the better supermarkets in Fiji for selection but prices are a little ’Extra’ too.

Great variety of local and imported (mainly Aussie and Kiwi) products including fruits. Air-conditioned and spacious interiors. Very clean with well-organized sections. Prices slightly on the high side compared to other smaller local grocery stores / supermarkets, but I highly recommend it as a one-stop shop for anyone visiting Lautoka and the surroundings. Accept both cash and cards, with no hidden charges.
