Been going here for 3 years now and honestly this is the best gym in the West in my opinion. It has equipment suitable for both beginners and advanced lifters. 100% recommend it.

Perfect place for fitness of all kinds. Friendly attendents. Filled with Respectfull people. Perfect equiptments. One of the most cleanest gym ive attended.

Went for a one off session while passing through. 11$fjd for 1 hour or 22$ for whole day. Great selection of equipment but the cardio machines aren't in great condition. Two functional threadmills but will only go to 10km/hr (slipping belt and broken buttons limiting further function). Tried the two concept 2 rowers but one totally goosed and the other with no working display. Good selection of weights and resistance machines. Basic showers and toilets on site and very friendly staff.

It's a good gym, they have most of the equipment, it's adequately maintained. There is no air-conditioning, despite it's high price. Some of the equipment are more rundown, the dumbbells doesn't have the weight written on it. Gets really full in the afternoon.

Equipments have run down and gym needs maintenance but it's still the best gym in Lautoka

Adequately equipped well maintained Gym. Better to carry ear plugs if you are allergic to loud noise (music??)

I recently got a one month membership at Pacific fitness and so far I am very pleased. They have lots of equipment, TV's to watch and it's all reasonably clean. One strange thing is that they only have 1 bench press in the whole gym and only one bench for doing other exercises. They do have about six different lat pull-down machines though :/ The gym memberships are expensive for Fiji but if you are a foreigner like me working in the country the prices are very reasonable.
