During our visit to Fiji, I stayed here with my family of 4. Had 3 different bookings, spread out in June. 3BR: home on its own, parking from the side, coming in and out was a bit tricky, spacious home, no clothes dryer, but I was able to use the washer and dry clothes on the shaded clothes line. Plenty of drawer space in bedroom, but no rack to hang ironed clothes. 1 room, had a smell of insect repellent, housekeeping gave air freshener, it worked fine. 2BR: good sized room, washer was out of order, housekeeping staff offered to wash and dry clothes, had enough drawer and hanging space for clothes. 2BR: both master bedrooms, beautiful apartment. But no drawer or hanging space for clothes. Bathroom/ bedroom wall is open on the top, so a bit inconvenient to use restroom when another person is in the bedroom. Washer and dryer available, sitting area outside as well, near carport. Overall: very friendly staff, 1 water bottle and 1L milk upon check in. Pots, pans, cutlery- all available to use for cooking. Comfortable, all rooms are air-conditioned, warm shower. Store nearby to get fresh bread in the morning. Electric gate key provided. Ironing boards need new cover, iron cord needs replacement. Clean rooms, but being tropical we did see cockroaches, spiders. Security available at night. We were woken up at 3am one morning to move our car for another tenant who had to leave for the airport. Had asked security as we returned late night, he said ok to park. Had to ask for towels, as only 1 was provided per room. Clean comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi.

Rooms were not clean, mosquitoes and cobwebs everywhere, and the electric gate once closed and didn't open. Everyday had to call the caretaker to open it. Booked 2 months in advance for a 3 bedroom house from the owner who lives in nz but when we got there we were told they don't have a booking and that the owner never told them. When I tried to contact the owner he didn't answer and than later called and said I apologize and will give u a $100 credit on ur next visit. Once I came back to nz I told him we were not coming back to hes apartments and it would be nice if he can refund us our credit this was in August and until now he never replied. Total waste of money

I book 3 bedroom hotel from Priceline three months before my visit . November 26th around 2pm I went for check in .The owner of the told me that there is no 3 bedroom available. The 3 bedroom price was around US 90.00 .The owner of the hotel forcing me to get 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom hotel total of 3 bedroom for US 287.00 . I told him no .Why should I pay him 287.00 US dollar .When I book 3 bedroom hotel for 90.00 US dollar. He said this is Fiji not USA you want to stay than stay or else go .He try to robbed me .I left the hotel with my family and spend one night at my friend's house . I will never go to hoilday hire in my life again .The owner of the hotel is thief and so rude .

Not happy with this place. Property looks good but is very dirty. Bedsheets are dirty looks like it's not washed. Toilet is very smelling and even not cleaned under seat and around and walls ,floors sticky. Will not recommend anyone. Lot off fleas in the house. We all have itchy bit

Unfortunately this place did not meet my family's requirements with a disabled daughter. Access into the property was fine but showering etc would have been very difficult for her. I could only speak of the 3 bedroom apartment we were in and other accommodation in this complex may be suitable. The staff were great and the owner whilst not on site understood our predicament and we appreciate their understanding. Had our needs been different this would have been a good place to stay. Our thanks to the staff and management.

Sadly there are bedbugs. Overall it was a good place. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the facilities were. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the one bedroom and the car gets parked inside garage door so felt very safe. Unfortunately the wall between the bedroom and bathroom does not reach the ceiling - someone didn't consider that sound and smell carries. There was AC working so I was very thankful given the heat. The same evening that I got home, I found a bed bug crawling near my face, which most definitely came from this place. I have really long hair so it must've hid in there and I am so thankful I found it before it could infest our home. I understand that bedbugs can be really hard to get rid of so the owner will need to perform frequent extermination. It seems they have replaced the mattress recently, but bedbugs are so devious that they will hide in all types of furniture, especially wooden, so require a lot of work to be fully rid of.

The location is good, and the amenities are great as well. Be mindful that there is no room service here
