Love the flavors, decent selection of topping choices. Just feels like the chain has gone down hill from when the opened. Prices have gone up, but the quality and size have gone way down.

Because of my diet i have a problem finding an appropriate place to eat. This place fit the bill.

I order from BubbakoosBurritos all of The time and it’s always up to par. The last time that I ordered they did in fact make a mistake with my quesadilla but not only did they refund me my money they even delivered me the right order! They went above and beyond for the mistake and I couldn’t appreciate more. The food is great and so are the people.

I have to say I was really surprised at the quality of food here. We ordered the Taco salad, burritos, and quesadillas. All of it was delicious!! Generous amount of food and the chicken was very tender. Definitely will be going back!

Love this place. I had a double meat steak bowl. Ate every bit of it. So filling and it doesn't leave you with the heavy, bloated feeling.

Place an order for delivery. Waited an hour and 15 minutes. They said that there driver was coming till another 15. I had to go pick it up. I am so disappointed at this. I order from this store all the time. This is my last time here.

A lot of our food was really tasty, but we got one of the Nashville Hot Chicken Burritos and it was the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen in my whole life. Here’s a picture with my fiancé’s phone for scale. I’ve actually edited down to one star after tasting the burrito. There is not one drop of “signature Nashville hot sauce” on it. It’s white rice, breaded chicken and pickles. Really disappointing.

We were regular customers to this location ever since they opened. Staff was amazing and so was the food. We would get a chiwawa and a quesadilla at least once a week. For the last couple of weeks we had very bad experiences every single time. Food is not as great anymore, portions are smaller and staff is pretty rude. We ended up couple of times with missing the sauces/ pico/ sour cream or very dry uncooked rice. When I addressed it last time they just said "ok" and were almost bothered that I was asking if the sauces (that we KNOW by now come with it ) were in the bag. They weren't. And they threw them in a bag slightly angered. Very disappointed and we do not intend to return. What a shame bubakoos. We used to really like you.

I just witnessed superb customer service by Vinny. He had great suggestions and really made me feel welcomed. I cannot wait to go back, this might be an every week thing. The supervisors should definitely consider promoting Vinny. Thanks again for your stellar customer service.

Friendly Staff, good food. Just they are always understaff, like there is only 1-2 people working there whenever I go. Never crowded. Love to stop by after school. Highly Recommend

Usually love bubbakoos but lately their portions have been smaller. Usually get a taco salad and the last few times there is very little lettuce and sometime other ingredients.

Always good food at Bubbakoos. The Chiwawas are my favorite. But sometimes you get one that's been sitting awhile and the rice is a little hard, but it still tastes good.

The fisher blvd location sued to be awesome staff was extremely friendly and place was spotless. Now, staff is extremely unfriendly and store is filthy. Maybe management should check on this location more
