Surprisingly
good!
Not
sure
who
comes
to
the
middle
of
land
locked
America
expecting
good
sushi,
and
I
don't
know
how
they
manage
it,
but
this
is
good
sushi!
The
good:
the
sushi
itself
is
spectacular
tasting.
Prices
are
reasonable,
if
not
exactly
cheap.
Staff
is
very
nice.
There
was
little
to
no
wait
at
prime
time
on
a
week
night,
although
it
was
full
when
we
arrived.
The
meh:
sushi
may
not
be
entirely
accurate
to
what
you're
used
to
elsewhere.
Tuna
maki
has
seaweed
around
the
rice.
Spicy
tuna
has
breading
with
the
tuna
and
then
seaweed
then
rice
(??).
Not
saying
it
doesn't
taste
amazing,
it
does,
but
I
hope
you
are
not
a
stickler
about
your
sushi.
The
bad:
appeared
slightly
understaffed
