I have gotten my nails done here multiple times and they usually always do a wonderful job. But I went in today to get my nails filled and some replaced. The woman took the paint off and proceeded to tell me I needed a new full set that mine were no hood. Mind you I had gotten them done by this place 2 weeks prior, i then was frustrated and annoyed. The woman doing my nails was honestly trying to be gentle and took her time but it was still absolutely painful having nails ripped off. So I got a new set and I decided to do matte top coat it’s now been a few hours and it’s chipping off. I have never been so disappointed in this place. Honestly sad.

Amazing services. I really love my nails. Staffs are very friendly and nice. They don’t speak much language but always try to help out. Def recommend !!!!!

The man that did my nails absolutely OBLITERATED my cuticles with the rotary tool. Super sore and painful. Probably won’t be back.

Paid $120 for mani and pedi gel polish yesterday. Nails are already peeling off and chipped. Girl who did my pedicure was nice everyone else was rude. I never have paid that much for a mani pedi even with acrylics which I did not get this time.

So I haven't had my nails done in over 14 years but wanted to get them done for my vacation and 3rd year anniversary with my husband. I went in without a clue. I ended up getting the magnetic cat eye kameleon and I so love it! I will be going back. The lady I worked with was very patient with me and my indecisiveness. Thank you so much for your work!
