This
was
an
extremely
frustrating
experience.
If
I
could
rate
the
instructors
I
would
give
them
a
4
or
5
star
review.
They
were
nice,
patient
and
kind
to
my
kids.
However,
if
I
rated
the
business
I
would
give
it
a
1
star.
While
I
was
checking
in
I
over
heard
someone
who
works
there
mention
that
a
jet
was
out
and
it
would
be
a
week
or
so
before
it
was
fixed.
I
wondered
if
this
affected
how
hard
it
was
for
my
kids
to
learn
to
surf.
I
think
patrons
should
be
informed
if
there
is
a
problem
with
the
jets
so
they
can
decide
to
surf
later
if
they
would
like.
The
amount
of
chlorine
was
crazy,
it
burned
our
eyes
and
noses
and
made
us
cough.
I
also
paid
for
over
$70
for
2
of
my
kids
to
have
an
hour
session.
The
class
my
kids
were
in
was
so
big
that
at
times
my
children
only
got
seconds
to
try
out
surfing
and
would
have
to
wait
for
10
minutes
before
they
got
in
the
water
again.
My
kids
were
very
disappointed
as
their
time
ticked
away
while
they
sat
on
a
bench.
My
Mom
timed
it,
both
kids
got
less
than
5
minutes
in
the
water
the
entire
session.
5
minutes
is
not
the
hour
I
paid
for.
This
class
had
at
least
12
people
in
it,
some
of
them
knew
how
to
surf
so
they
took
more
time
in
the
water.
I
think
classes
should
be
limited
to
6
people
or
less
or
a
discount
should
be
given
if
the
class
is
any
larger.
I
would
like
to
ask
for
a
refund.
I
am
sorely
disappointed.
