Absolutely love this place. We rented a hotel so we could come and try this out and we were NOT dissatisfied at all. ITS SO COOL! If you’re able to get Derek as your flight instructor it’ll be an even better experience. So amazing. We are coming back for a birthday party. Couple of suggestions - don’t eat really heavy before like I did. Also don’t wear hearing aids, watches etc. They will give you lockers with a key to put stuff in just leave it off in the flight simulator. Pay the extra $10 for the flight jumps if it’s your first time and jump in! One of the coolest things I’ve ever done. Will come back to learn the tricks etc. Loved it and the staff was amazing.

We love this place. We drive from Boise Idaho area a couple times a year just to ride here. The wave is awesome and the staff is incredible. We did 4 sessions on Saturday and got plenty of rides. Very friendly and patient employees that really seem to enjoy helping people learn how to ride whether they're doing standup or boogie boards. Great experience.

Terrible experience. Was almost 200 bucks for my two kids. The instructors have a bad attitude and they don't give you the full time you pay for. They just hold your kids the whole time in a bear hug. I thought it was a very lame experience. It's clear this is just a place for the instructors to have fun. Not designed for customer enjoyment. Roll down your windows driving down the highway. A lot more fun and a lot less money.

The Ogden location is phenomenal. They are wonderful to schedule with and so organized. The employees are always happy and helpful. They are great with kids. I have taken my 5 kids here several times because every experience has been a great one. You can find many deals online to save. Either way-it's worth the money. I took my 9 year old for her birthday yet my other boys (oldest is 16) loved it just as much. [We've all done the Ifly, Irock and Flowrider.]

I took my son and some friends here for his 12th birthday. They all had an amazing experience. I would recommend paying the extra so you can go up to the top, that’s where the real magic is. My son jumped up and down at the end and said it was the-BEST-BIRTHDAY-EVER!! He’s been spending the last month finding ways to earn money so he could come back to iFly and do it again. We will be back soon!

My husband, daughter and I had the best time on the Flowrider. The instructors were fantastic - they were so nice, patient, and lots of fun working with all 3 of us at very different skill levels. I just wish this was closer to my house so we could come back sooner as we loved it.

This was an extremely frustrating experience. If I could rate the instructors I would give them a 4 or 5 star review. They were nice, patient and kind to my kids. However, if I rated the business I would give it a 1 star. While I was checking in I over heard someone who works there mention that a jet was out and it would be a week or so before it was fixed. I wondered if this affected how hard it was for my kids to learn to surf. I think patrons should be informed if there is a problem with the jets so they can decide to surf later if they would like. The amount of chlorine was crazy, it burned our eyes and noses and made us cough. I also paid for over $70 for 2 of my kids to have an hour session. The class my kids were in was so big that at times my children only got seconds to try out surfing and would have to wait for 10 minutes before they got in the water again. My kids were very disappointed as their time ticked away while they sat on a bench. My Mom timed it, both kids got less than 5 minutes in the water the entire session. 5 minutes is not the hour I paid for. This class had at least 12 people in it, some of them knew how to surf so they took more time in the water. I think classes should be limited to 6 people or less or a discount should be given if the class is any larger. I would like to ask for a refund. I am sorely disappointed.

The flowrider is a ton of fun. The staff makes it even more enjoyable by having everyone try different stunts on the bodyboard. We love doing this when we go on cruises, and it's even more fun to just ride this one in Ogden whenever we want for an hour. Worth every cent!
