I always have a great experience with Farr West Family Medical. The office personnel are responsive and friendly and Dr. Jones is fabulous. She is always attentive and spends the time needed to make you feel heard. She is friendly and welcoming and I’m thankful I found her when I moved to the area! My partner also see Dr. Larson and he always reports positive experiences as well.

I highly recommend NOT coming here. I saw NP Jodi Jones on 11/09/23 and I had just got a cast put on the same day for a broken wrist. Jodi was so mean to me! She has a huge attitude and no sympathy or compassion whatsoever for her patients! She made me cry! She put me on medication that caused me to have stomach bleeding and an ulcer! I feel it was deliberate! She is not qualified to do what she does! Please go to Ogden Clinic instead, unless you want to get treated like garbage!

To start, front office staff is fantastic. Bryce knows his stuff as do the techs. Messed up my knee, I had to wear a brace, I was limping and had pain. After six weeks, no brace, no limp, no pain and no surgery. Good spot for PT.

Felt comfortable in confiding my health conditions and confident in the prognosis and initial treatment. Was referred by my daughter who was pleased with her experience with both Dr. Larson and Jonie Jones. Had to find someone new due to my provider's retirement and am happy to have someone I can turn to for medical advice and treatment. Jonie was attentive and respectful to my needs and provided me with the confidence I need to change to a new provider. The staff was also friendly, helpful and organized. I am looking forward to this new relationship as I feel it is imperative to good health to have a good personable relationship with your provider along with professional support.

Best experience I've had in a doctor's office! Everyone is so nice and friendly, yet very professional. It had a really nice, "hometown" feel to it. Joni was very caring, and knowledgeable. I had a list of serveral minor issues and she took the time to address every single one of them. She made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me. I also met with Dr. Larsen and was so impressed with him and the excellent practice he is running. I think the biggest difference between Revere and other bigger healthcare corporations, is the personal touch, and not feeling like a number. Every single person was prompt, efficient, and friendly. Usually for my routine physicals at other companies, I have had to wait in the lobby, then wait in the patient room multiple times. Not the case here. I am so glad I made to the switch to Revere.

Revere Health worked me in last minute when it would have been easy to say we’re all booked. Although Joni was very busy, I never felt like she was rushing. And, she called me later to follow up. Although Dr Larsen was not there, We have known him for 19 years and could not recommend anyone more. He and Joni are an awesome professional team. You can trust them 100% with your health care. Yea

WAY better medical office than Ogden Clinic! Joni Jones gets my 5-stars (and I wish I could give her 10 out of 5)! I'm not a big fan of western medicine as it has failed me numerous times over the decades. I only visit the doctor's office when I'm desperate. I've tried different physicians at Ogden Clinic over the years. I would wait for days on end for call-backs, and when I did get an appointment, it was usually for weeks (sometimes months) out. When I saw the physicians, they were rushed, didn't listen, and were dismissive. I started to feel like I'd never find a practitioner who would LISTEN to my complete medical story and help me develop a realistic plan. From the first phone call, I could sense a difference. Not only did I get a REAL person – and right way – but they were friendly and I was able to get an appointment in the current week – not months out. Next, on the morning of my appointment, I received a text for check-in, which was a quick online process to capture my basic medical history, insurance card, and ID. Their use of this technology allowed me to quickly provide what was needed without having to fill out a ton of redundant paperwork in the office when I arrived. Next, when I arrived, I was greeted warmly and the wait time was only moments! Now, I know I took WAY more time than I should have on my first visit because there was a lot to establish, but Joni never rushed me. She really listened, answered all my questions, and gave me solid advice. My family will be moving all our records over and we highly recommend Joni to anyone looking for a doctor's office with a truly personal approach. I've made quite a few positive lifestyle improvements this year and will now be contacting your office to schedule a visit with Joni to get started on the next steps for improving my overall health. With all that's wrong with our U.S. Healthcare System, Joni and her office are shining examples of what "right" looks like. Thank you so much.

Im super thankful i was able to see Joni Jones yesterday, i came in to establish my care with her and was a little nervous because i had few questions and concerns and she was so understanding and very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with me! She is super nice and understanding and not pushy! The whole staff at Revere Health was amazing and very friendly! Im super happy I’ve found them!
