I love the changes I see in my son. He has become more responsible, respectful, and stronger. They have monthly “homework” papers that he is responsible for finding and turning in. The homework talks about character traits to work n for the month and pet of their advancement. I like that he does not have to learn the names of different moves but rather must control focus and participation. He has to earn the belt advancements, they are not given for showing up. We have been going for two years and his younger brother has just joined the group.

So positive and SO patient! My little guy is only 4, and they are so good at redirecting and making sure he's having fun and learning! I am so excited to keep seeing him grow within their program.

We had Kiera and Mark from Premier Martial Arts come do a summer reading program at the Kaysville library and it was awesome! They are great at what they do--great teachers, great with the kids. Their teaching style is focused not just on karate moves but on values. They were really positive and professional and great to have!! Couldn't recommend more highly!

The instructors at PMA are absolutely amazing! We have had an amazing experience overall. Having my daughter attend every week has shown a significant change in her daily mood. She is excited and motivated to succeed and grow each and every week with martial arts.

My 4-year old does martial arts here and absolutely loves it! Instructor Bre is incredible! She is so cute with the kids but still commands respect and keeps control of the class. She's so energetic and sweet with the kids. I love that my son is learning respect and self control while also learning karate and weapons skills. Keira (studio manager) is fantastic and their pricing packages are comparable to other studios around but have lots of good options for every level. Love it, highly recommend!

We absolutely love Premier Martial Arts. My son says, “At Premier Martial Arts we learn a lot of punches and kicks.” As a parent I’ll tell you it is so much more than that. We sought out the teachings of respect, self discipline, focus and responsibility. Miss Bri is a fabulous instructor for our six year old. She has a wonderful balance of making classes structured and fun. Students learn valuable skills but are also required to focus and respect their instructor and classmates, creating a better learning environment for all. These are the teachings that we hope to stick well into the future. If you’re thinking about joining Premier Martial Arts…do it! You won’t regret it. And I must say, the Little Champions class is adorable. I always leave smiling.

I've been training here for nearly two years and cannot begin to explain the benefits I've gotten from it. The instructors do a very good job at explaining concepts and techniques to beginners and more advanced students a like. In addition to the skills I've learned I've also found an amazing community. I would highly recommend PMA to anyone looking for a great way to increase their mental and physical health!

I am a student at PMA, PMA has made me so strong. And if you make a mistake they will help you so you can advance in martial Arts. I love PMA. As parents, my husband and I have loved PMA and the positive character changes it's placed on our daughter. Her self-esteem has grown and she is physically and mentally strong. The instructors are great. Instructor Bree is wonderful and so patient with the kids.

👍👍 Been going here for 3.5 years. Russ and Lauren are amazing. They have the best coaches and staff. You are not just a member here….they care. They check on you and ask about things outside the gym. They call you by name and cheer you on. Come take a class and see for yourself.
