My
husband
and
I
have
lived
here
at
the
point
for
almost
3
years
we
have
seen
management
change
hands
at
least
6
times
in
that
3
years.
I
am
not
generally
one
to
complain
we’ve
lived
in
our
apartment
since
it
was
brand
new
had
a
couple
of
weird
issues
that’s
would
happen
here
and
there
.We've
discovered
that
being
on
the
top
floor
With
gust
of
wind,
it
causes
our
pilot
light
to
blow
out
then
we
have
no
hot
water
so
we
end
up
having
to
call
maintenance
Very
poor
design
when
it
comes
to
not
having
the
hot
water
heater
covered
a
little
bit.
Also,
the
heating
system
in
general
sucks
with
it
being
connected
all
together
that
has
been
a
major
issue.
We
get
a
year
and
a
half
down
the
road
our
HVAC
system
starts
having
issues..
I
called
the
front
office
to
have
the
maintenance
come
in
to
check
it
to
see
why
we’re
not
getting
any
central
air
mind
you
the
thermostat
is
showing
that
it
is
84
and
it’s
100°
outside
he
says
oh
we're
gonna
have
to
have
the
HVAC
guys
come
on
Monday
to
check
this
out.
You
can
just
open
up
the
windows
I
look
at
him
and
I
say
huh
just
open
up
the
windows
it's
100°
outside.
I
Work
remotely,
so
opening
up
Windows
with
it
being
100°
outside
and
taking
phone
calls
with
calls
being
recorded
isn't
going
to
help
matters
so
I
figured
OK
they'll
have
it
figured
out
by
Monday.
I
called
the
property
manager
and
I
asked
her
why
maintenance
would
suggest
that
we
just
open
up
the
windows
for
the
weekend
when
it
was
100°
outside
and
she
said
well
I
was
unaware
that
this
was
going
on
but
they
will
be
here
today.
I
said
you
do
understand
that
I
work
remotely
from
home
I
cannot
just
have
the
windows
open.
It's
100°
outside
you
need
to
make
a
accommodations
and
you
have
45
minutes
to
figure
this
out,
otherwise
I
will
be
taking
my
work
into
the
clubhouse.
She
did
not
like
my
tone,
but
I
was
very
upset
that
it
was
just
the
recommendation
that
we
open
up
the
windows
they
are
to
have
the
heating
and
central
air
running.
It
is
stated
in
our
lease
so
we
get
to
them
coming
out
to
look
at
the
HVAC
system.
The
guy
comes
out
he
replaces
one
part.
He
comes
into
our
unit
and
he
says
oh
give
it
a
couple
of
hours.
It'll
cool
down
in
here
my
husband
and
I
give
him
the
benefit
of
the
doubt.
We
get
to
11
PM,
our
unit
is
still
at
85°
guy
shows
up
the
next
morning
to
take
the
portable
Air
Conditioning
unit
and
I
said
this
still
hasn't
been
fixed
well.
It
turns
out
that
there
were
two
other
units
that
were
having
problems
with
their
central
Conditioning
units
as
well
so
as
I'm
watching
on
my
ring
camera
throughout
the
next
day,
I
noticed
that
there's
an
HVAC
guy
there
and
I
ask
him
are
you
here
to
check
on
our
unit
and
he
says
no
I'm
here
for
your
neighbors
their
entire
system
needs
to
be
fixed
because
they
have
been
waiting
for
two
weeks
for
the
parts.
I
said
oh
OK.
So
I
called
the
office
later
that
day
and
I
asked
the
property
manager
was
there
anybody
that
was
going
to
check
on
what
was
going
on
with
our
HVAC
system
and
she
said
oh
yes
they’ll
be
there
in
the
morning.
It’s
just
a
part
that
they
need
for
you,
OK
so
they
come
and
it
was
a
different
guy
he
went
up
on
the
roof.
He
checked
on
everything
and
had
the
first
guy
done
his
job
properly.
They
would’ve
found
out
that
the
compressor
went
bad.
I’m
extremely
Dissatisfied
with
the
way
things
have
been
taken
care
of
we
pay
a
good
amount
of
money
to
live
here.
There’s
lack
of
communication
and
Concern
Their
residence
had
they
had
to
deal
with
not
having
their
central
air
run
for
an
entire
week.
I
don’t
think
they
would
be
very
happy
with
dealing
with
85°
temperatures
inside
their
unit.
It’s
just
super
frustrating.
I
won’t
be
recommending
the
point
in
the
future
to
any
further
friends
or
family.
I
personally
think
that
a
management
company
that
could
have
six
different
property
managers
turnover
in
three
years
is
unprofessional
and
also
property
manager
should
be
aware
when
someone
works
remotely
you
should
ask
the
question
of
how
can
I
make
this
situation
a
little
better.
