We moved in right when the newest building was finished being built. At first there were almost no problems, just small maintenance that was fixed within an hour so can’t really complain. Ben - who runs maintenance is very patient and helpful, maybe the only good thing i can think of about this place tbh. The lights in the bedroom began to turn on and off randomly throughout the day and night. We complained about it multiple times to the office staff but they seemed to just brush it off and told me maintenance would come just to make me go away. The garages also open by themselves throughout the night, along with the smart home door lock that each apartment front door has. Multiple complaints have been filed with the office but nothing has been actually followed through with. Recently a vehicle got stolen right next to the parcel room, which is directly next to the main front office. They do not have cameras practically anywhere, let alone the parking lot. The parking lot doesn’t have enough spots in general to have the people living in said apartments park close to their door. Most people have to park in the road around the apartment or in the parking lots of Smith’s market place or the medical institutions next to the complex. My husband and I are very great full that we will be moving once our lease is up. We have gotten to the point that we have lost sleep because we do not feel safe in our own living area. 10/10 would not recommend to my friends and family.

The best thing about this apartment is the amazing maintenance. Being newly built apartments there have been a few things that needed follow up and Ben, the gentleman that heads up the maintenance department- has come by multiple times to fix things. He has taken care of things quickly and efficiently. The only downsides have been lack of communication or caring from the front office staff. Haven’t had any problems with neighbors etc. area is nice with quick access to local stores, freeway etc.

My husband and I have lived here at the point for almost 3 years we have seen management change hands at least 6 times in that 3 years. I am not generally one to complain we’ve lived in our apartment since it was brand new had a couple of weird issues that’s would happen here and there .We've discovered that being on the top floor With gust of wind, it causes our pilot light to blow out then we have no hot water so we end up having to call maintenance Very poor design when it comes to not having the hot water heater covered a little bit. Also, the heating system in general sucks with it being connected all together that has been a major issue. We get a year and a half down the road our HVAC system starts having issues.. I called the front office to have the maintenance come in to check it to see why we’re not getting any central air mind you the thermostat is showing that it is 84 and it’s 100° outside he says oh we're gonna have to have the HVAC guys come on Monday to check this out. You can just open up the windows I look at him and I say huh just open up the windows it's 100° outside. I Work remotely, so opening up Windows with it being 100° outside and taking phone calls with calls being recorded isn't going to help matters so I figured OK they'll have it figured out by Monday. I called the property manager and I asked her why maintenance would suggest that we just open up the windows for the weekend when it was 100° outside and she said well I was unaware that this was going on but they will be here today. I said you do understand that I work remotely from home I cannot just have the windows open. It's 100° outside you need to make a accommodations and you have 45 minutes to figure this out, otherwise I will be taking my work into the clubhouse. She did not like my tone, but I was very upset that it was just the recommendation that we open up the windows they are to have the heating and central air running. It is stated in our lease so we get to them coming out to look at the HVAC system. The guy comes out he replaces one part. He comes into our unit and he says oh give it a couple of hours. It'll cool down in here my husband and I give him the benefit of the doubt. We get to 11 PM, our unit is still at 85° guy shows up the next morning to take the portable Air Conditioning unit and I said this still hasn't been fixed well. It turns out that there were two other units that were having problems with their central Conditioning units as well so as I'm watching on my ring camera throughout the next day, I noticed that there's an HVAC guy there and I ask him are you here to check on our unit and he says no I'm here for your neighbors their entire system needs to be fixed because they have been waiting for two weeks for the parts. I said oh OK. So I called the office later that day and I asked the property manager was there anybody that was going to check on what was going on with our HVAC system and she said oh yes they’ll be there in the morning. It’s just a part that they need for you, OK so they come and it was a different guy he went up on the roof. He checked on everything and had the first guy done his job properly. They would’ve found out that the compressor went bad. I’m extremely Dissatisfied with the way things have been taken care of we pay a good amount of money to live here. There’s lack of communication and Concern Their residence had they had to deal with not having their central air run for an entire week. I don’t think they would be very happy with dealing with 85° temperatures inside their unit. It’s just super frustrating. I won’t be recommending the point in the future to any further friends or family. I personally think that a management company that could have six different property managers turnover in three years is unprofessional and also property manager should be aware when someone works remotely you should ask the question of how can I make this situation a little better.

I have had an awesome stay here. Office staff has (Justine) has been super kind and Ben the maintenance guy is on top of things with a smile. Amenities are super nice too! And to address the negative comments here, yes there was a brief time where there was an issue with the delivery services, however, it seems that was on the carriers, not the apartment. Carriers had the option of using the LuxerOne parcel service you see at many other apartments but they just weren't. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of calling The Point apartments our home for the past three wonderful years. From the moment we moved in, we knew we'd made the right choice. These apartments are not only pretty new but also situated in the absolute best location. We can't count the number of times we've enjoyed leisurely walks to Smith's, making daily life incredibly convenient. The amenities here are fantastic! The pool, hot tub, and gym have been our go-to spots for relaxation and staying active. The management and maintenance teams have always been quick to respond to any requests, making us feel truly cared for. In summary, there's just so much to love about The Point apartments. If you're looking for a comfortable, modern, and convenient place to call home, look no further. We highly recommend it!

I enjoy living at The Pointe! The buildings are newer construction and contemporary. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and the high-quality appliances are newer and match. The maintenance of the apartments is well-kept and requests are handled promptly. The office personnel are amazing, professional, courteous, and have great smiles* when you need assistance. I highly recommend The Pointe!

My brother and I lived here for 6 months over Winter, we were very content. We strategically grabbed the unit that got sun all day and was facing the farm land to the south so it was quiet, bright and peaceful. Gym is was great, hot tub was great (down about once a week for chemical balancing), club house was great to play pool, maintenance was responsive, walking distance to grocery store. People have written that the HVAC isnt powerful enough to heat/cool the whole unit. We noticed that, the second bedroom and bathroom definitely suffers compared to the master and kitchen but its not like you are going to freeze/get heatstroke. I think its fine, unit was still comfortable. Sure it was not perfect, but its an apartment, if you want perfect go buy your own home. We were sad to leave with our overall positive experience (*pending security deposit return, we are very clean so I would be upset if they nickel and dimed us*).
