Nice place on the way to eden. 1st the side salad was is bug enough to count as a full salad from other places. Blue cheese dressing with lots of blue cheese. Great. Thumbs up for the healthy choice. Smothered burrito was only fair. The red sauce seemed salty and it could have used some cheese in my opinion. The salmon strawberry salad was great. Beer options are great and not priced through the roof. Should have gotten the 25oz size. Service was good and kept drinks full I will go here again.

New owners, new food, new vibe ! The Old Carlos always left us disappointed. The new menu and restaurant interior is fresh and comfortable. Freshly made chips and salsa daily. If you haven’t been in in a while you should definitely give them another shot ! Also GLUTEN FREE options 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

We went for dinner on 5/27/22. Chef Luis is a maestro! We got the tiradito de atun appetizer and it was to die for. I got the seafood enchiladas and the sauce was amazing. The service was also fantastic; we were well taken care of. Several staff came by to apologize for the delay since it was very busy that night.

We went for a drive around the reservoir and stopped to eat here since it was highly rated. It was very good. I had the three enchiladas. And my friend had the build your own Burrito. Tried the different sauces and I think the poblano was my favorite. We'll definitely come back next time we're in the area.

Tried the new Carlos & Harley’s yesterday. The new addition to the menu Pan Seared Ahi Tuna is excellent. The presentation of all dishes old and new to the menu is much improved!

We were greeted by a rude hostess who was not accommodating or kind. We immediately felt like we were doing something wrong by even trying to be there. We decided to stay anyway. Which was our mistake. We ordered our food and it was out five min later. Which is fine but we’re paying for a restaurant experience and restaurant food and it felt like we were at taco time the way it was all slapped together and on our table that quickly. There was definitely a vibe there that the whole table felt that we were inconveniencing them by even trying to eat there. The food was fine. Not gourmet. We paid restaurant prices for a fast food experience. We also heard a different hostess talk down to another employee in front of another party shaming her and belittling her. Telling her that she was supposed to be the one hostessing. She clearly felt embarrassed. We were embarrassed for this employee. We won’t go back. Which was disappointing based on the other reviews we read which made us come there in the first place. But we didn’t appreciate the treatment or the vibe and quite honestly we’re happy to get out of there so we weren’t in their way anymore.

Carlos and Harley's has gotten even better with the building remodel and upgrades on the menu! The bacon wrapped jalapenos are still there, thankfully, but they have new and delicious items too. We had the ahi tuna appetizer and for the main dishes, the stuffed portobello and seafood enchiladas. Both were full of flavor and deliciousness.

First, Luis is an excellent chef! However, the staff was a different story. We showed up to have dinner well within the business hours of operation after traveling quite a distance, only to be told that they were not allowing any more customers because they wanted to close early. I patron the restaurant quite frequently and spend a great deal of money there both personally and business meals. The restaurant was not that full and I saw five employees that I could count. If you want to close early then list closing time sooner! Or give a warning to traveling patrons via your website and other means. This was purely a bad managers decision and not representative of the food or the chef, who again is amazing! Just know you may show up and they won’t let you in ha ha

We stopped here after a day at Pineview, it's a beautiful restaurant with amazing outdoor seating. We ordered the Trio fajitas, fish tacos and the chicken wrap. All dishes were large and delicious! This place is definitely cravable! We will be back 😀

We loved the food and drinks at Carlos & Harley's before, but now with the remodel, revamp, new menu, and new ownership, we were blown away. Every dish was a unique experience. Drinks were top notch. Service was friendly, fast, and helpful. Environment was welcoming.

Wow what a surprise! A true hidden gem. I got the Harley Burger and my husband got the chimichanga. Food was amazing! Salsa was flavorful; complex, hot but, you could still taste the other flavors, like cilantro etc. Service was fast and efficient as well.

Jaren is an amazing server. very funny and very social with customers. He came over to our table and carried conversation, made jokes with us and all around was an amazing server! He checked in with us and made sure everything was good for us. The staff here is amazing! This was my first time coming here.

3 Stars because the food is delicious but a bit pricey for what you get. Service has gone down a few levels over the last couple years especially when it comes to take out. Also 15% gratuity is added to take out without asking, not sure the reason.

Wow! I haven’t been here in years. Management has definitely turned it around! It’s cleaner, more light and the food is better than ever. Lots of new menu options :)

The bacon poppers appetizer was delicious. I had the chimichanga chicken with green sauce, black beans and rice. My youngest son had the chimichanga with shredded beef, flame thrower sauce (by request), black beans and rice and loved how it was perfectly balanced (not too much cheese or sauce). My oldest son had the Asada street tacos and they didn’t skimp at all on the bead. He enjoyed his meal as well. The staff was very friendly and our order came very quickly.

Food was a little slow getting to the table but it was a Sunday, so I guess they were short staffed, being Utah after all. Very good food. We had the enchiladas. Loved the smokey salsa and chips too. Clean bathrooms, funky bar, excellent service, fun ambiance, friendly fellow customers. Overall, a great out of the way pitstop for the hungry or thirsty travelor to these parts.

We love this place. We love it when there's a birthday they have maracas and a Sombrero . It is just one of a kind. I had chile relleno my favorite. It is only on Thursdays. I just lucked out. We did dine in probably cost abt 14 dollars a person roughly hubby ordered a mega burrito and kids ordered a fajita chicken quesadilla. If you want that have to be really specific or you just get breast meat for the quesadilla and we particularly don't like that.

My Son took us to this nice little hideaway spot in a place that I would have never expected to serve some great food. It was quite a wait (15 min) but glad that we stuck it out. We sat in the patio which was absolutely beautiful and refreshing however some rain came and we moved inside. I wish we would have stuck it out on the patio as the rain didn't last long. I ordered the Ahi tacos, A little disappointed as my taco shells were not fried enough so they fell apart as soon as I picked them up. Also the ahi was overcooked in my opinion, It was seasoned perfectly however the sliver of ahi was just a little bigger than a french fry and for $20 I expected more fish than that. But as we all know it really starts at the taco shell. Rice and refried beans were really good. My wife ordered the Fajita wrap and a side salad. And we could have actually split that and had happy stomachs. Everything about that dish was on point. My son ordered the trio chicken beef and shrimp fajitas and that was enough for three people and was fresh, colorful and delicious. You are also served fresh salsa and chips which were wonderful and the chips were seasoned lightly with salt and not greasy. We will come back, the service was friendly and very understanding when it started raining. Such a beautiful little gem.

One of my favorite places in the valley. If you haven't been for a while, you should go; the place has been redone. Very nice casual atmosphere. Food is always good.

Ate on the back patio under several shade covers. Some of the best tex mex that I have had in awhile. Only wished there was more guacamole! Wife enjoyed the seafood enchiladas, kids enjoyed cheese quesadillas, and I had the chimichanga with queso fundido. Super tasty. The waitress was super on top of it and very pleasant.

Eaten here once before and really enjoyed it. Drove 40 minutes yesterday to eat it again. NEVER AGAIN. There was a 30 minute wait, not an issue. But after seated took 20 minutes to get water and order. 20 more minutes for drinks to come out. I ordered an old fashion, that was watered way down and missing the biters. Still got charged for it and an up charge for a cheaper whiskey. Not sure how that happened. Ordered the Trio Fajitas and the wings which came out 30 minutes later and cold. All and all terrible service and poor food quality. To make things better, the couple that went with us and ourselves now have food poisoning.

We’ve been going to here for years, fall drives always end at Carlos and Harleys! Food has gotten better I would say. Fajitas are probably my favorite! Decor and the building I love!

Es no bueno. Staff is kind and friendly. Had a table of 8 that was empty but not cleared we were sat next to that was still a mess when we left. Taco had long hair draped across it. The spoon for my soup would have been great for an infant. Part of the reason it became fully submerged when the bowl was placed on the table. The server took $10 off which was very nice and not asked for. Remodel looks good.

Carlos and Harley's in Eden, Utah, has become my go-to spot for dining. The food never fails to impress, consistently delivering fantastic food. Whether it's a casual lunch or dinner, It is a great stop. I must note that the service can be hit and miss. Being a very small community I’m sure finding quality staff is not easy. There have been instances of attentive and prompt attention from the staff, there have also been occasions where the service did not meet the expectations set by the excellent food. It's this inconsistency in service that holds me back from a full five-star rating. Nonetheless, the quality of the food makes Carlos and Harley's a place I still recommend highly and continue to visit regularly. If you're in Eden, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a meal here; the food speaks for itself.
