Coin has transformed the beautiful building in Art Nouveau style of the early twentieth century in a new format, the project is architect Vincenzo De Cotiis. There are three floors, magnificent ceiling, a fantastic staircase. There is no catering but objects and utensils for the kitchen of Cargo and etc.. There is a wide range of clothing with Italian and international brands: Marc by Marc Jacobs, Valentino RED, Joseph, Lauren by Ralph Lauren, Armani Collezioni, Patrizia Pepe and Pinko for Women, or Paul Smith, Z Zegna, Barba, Lardini and Finamore for Men. Congratulations!!! It is a more affordable luxury offer but always luxury ! so prices are medium high. Surely there will be a reason if the staff is unfriendly and not catchy, because that’s what I found when I asked for three times !

One of the best department stores in Rome. Many brands are on display. Good variety of perfumes, bags , accessories. Also there is the special corner for Nespresso store which is very convenient.

Very pretty but small department store including nice children’s clothing and kitchenware as well as a Carrefour supermarket. Loved the desigual brand girl’s clothes, wished they had boy’s clothes as well. Very designer feel and just felt pleasant to look around at the decorations and items. Can find Alessi, Le Creuset brands in there. Supermarket was small and ok for a quick pickup of small items including hams but no beef there.

Good prices for Jo Malone and other brands. Luxury cosmetics and clothes of the second line.

The store is located in an extremely nice and well kept building and has the most popular high-end fashion brands, even though I expected it to be bigger, like their store in San Giovanni (5 floors in total). The staff is really nice and helpful, though a bit slow at the cash desk, so sometimes there can be some time to wait before being able to pay, which is not very pleasant, especially if you are holding something heavy (it applies mostly if you shop in the store's home section). The direct link to the Esselunga and its bar is a cool addiction and provides the client with a better shopping experience.

Saw a bed cover perfect but not sure about bed size so did not buy it. So next time shall have my measurements.

Thumb down for the customer service at this outlet. Was there to select some bag and ask the sales if there is a new piece and the staff just said no without checking their system. I left without buying for sure. The coin at rome termini even worst, as I can't even find a staff to assist me. Wonder how coin survive with service like this.

Watch OUT! Maje department store consultants sell you clothes without any tag (so they can CLAIM that you cannot return or exchange it) this way: They give you a piece of the paper tag to pay to the central cashier and then you come back to their department with the receipt and they give you a nicely wrapped piece of clothing in a branded bag clothed with the stickers…BUT the item inside lacks any paper tag. On top of that, one of the sales representative-long curly hair woman is extremely unprofessional and rude. She lies, she pretends like she does not know the law and she probably forgot that she is a representative of the reputable brand but she doesn’t give a damn. Coin “management” which I personally faced with was no better. Rude, unprofessional, pretending not to know the laws, claiming the is no personnel in the entire mall who can manage a simple issue. Highly DO NOT SUGGEST to shop there!
