So lovely to stay here. The service is the best. Great location and they are so nice. You have everything you need. Even a small kitchen.

Very good position of the spacious apartment "suit", close to the public transport, clean, big room, nice terrase, comfortable beds, available wi-fi, possibility to use the kitchen as well and also possibility to park the car in the nearby inside car park. We stayed for 2 nights with 2 children and wish to come back again.

Laura is so nice and kind, she helped us a lot. We were 3 girls staying at triple room wt.shared bathroom but she gave us another room included bathroom from same price. For this price hotel is great. There is an amazing Chinese restaurant next to our building you should definitely eat there and try the icecream shop in the corner. So, i can say that location is good.

It was so good place. We liked a lot. People who are working was so friendly and helpful also nice. The hotel was so clean. You can ear breakfast too. And it was so close to Colosseum.Highly recommend!🫶🏻

Don't book there ! They cancelled our reservation for no reason. I tried to reach them by phone, Facebook, Skype and e-mail. No response and it was more than a two weeks ago. Now we have to find a new hotel in the centre of Rome and you could imagine it's not the same price as it was a month and a half ago . There are reliable ! Be sure to go elsewhere, they don't care about people

The rooms are absolutely clean and well organised. Showers and other areas are also impeccable. The host was also very kind and friendly. I will definitely recommend this to anyone taking a trip to Rome especially those with a Bonus Vacanze :)

The host was very sweet and helpfull. Location was great and just 20 minutes nu foot away from the center of Rome. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was great. The host even made sure that we had a parkingspot by moving her own car to another space! I would defenitly recommend the place when you are visiting Rome.

We spent three nights in Rome and decided to book at A Casa Simpatia for good reviews, price, and location. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Laura who was very kind and gave us some tips on how to easily get to the monuments in Rome. The room was modern, clean and well equipped, and the Internet service was super. I highly recommend "A Casa Simpatia" to everyone.

So disappointed we did not get to stay here, we were so excited. Unfortunately , we had to cancel our trip because of a sick family member. The staff were so helpful and understanding and we were able to cancel our stay here. We will certainly be back next time and recommend to anyone staying in Rome.

From my experience, the accommodation met all the conditions, that's why I give 5 stars. The location of the accommodation is in an excellent place and is a short distance from the Colosseum. The hotel service was nice and it was possible to talk and watch football. I definitely recommend it.
