Staff very friendly, cakes were yummy with plenty of options to pick from and the prices great. We had 3 cakes in total and 2 drinks (latte and fanta) which came to €18

This breakfast was one of the highlights of my trip to Rome. Possibly the single best latte I have ever had and the staff made me feel right at home despite my inability to speak Italian.

Had a quality experience. All the staff were great despite my very limited Italian. My latte was easily the best I had, and the confection I chose with nutella and pistachio nutella was a real experience. Our server Sara really helped make the experience a full 5 stars! Even with our limited ability of communication, she was super polite, friendly, and constantly had us laughing. Strongly recommend giving this place a shot!

Must visit for a classic Roman breakfast! Also very reasonable prices, quick service (only in Italian) and option to sit inside or outside. This is the type of place that when you visit, you want to go everyday

A beautiful quint cafe, away from the busy hustle and bustle. A definite recommend!!! When we were in it was visited by locals, tourist (us), the Polizia, Ambulanza and the chief of police. It really is the place to be

Very welcoming friendly staff. Nice clean shop huge selection of pizza, pasta, bakery. The pasta no the big portions but very tasty and good price. We are really enjoying this why highly recommended.

Decent pastries , but charged more money than other restaurants right down the street. It was hard to enjoy the food when you knew you were paying double what you paid at another restaurant the previous day. The pastries were fine, but not the best I’ve ever had.

I like this place. It feels welcoming with huge variety of pastry, desserts, sandwiches... For me it’s a perfect stop for breakfast.

Very kind and helpful service! They helped us pick the best pastries and made jokes while doing so. The prices were also very good! There were many options for drinks, snacks and pastries. We sat nice and warm to shelter from the rain in a calm back room. The place is not very cosy but cute enough.

Wonderfull Staff! One of the employes gave us a private magic show! He was actualy a pretty good magician! The gelati was tasty and the caffe was great.

Found Caffë Italia by chance as I was looking for somewhere local to my hotel for dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff as my Italian is pretty non existent. Attentive service and very good food at a very reasonable price. Lots of local activity including emergency services, the cafe is open 24 hours. Vast array of pastries and gelato on display. I was made to feel very welcome so I went back the following evening and wasn't disappointed.

Beautiful café, staff are extremely friendly and the gentleman behind the counter spoke English which made the whole thing easier!

Got a reheated pizza which was almost absolutely cold, the cheese was not even melted, but the olive oil on the pizza was a nice addition and the crust was decent. Beverages were also overpriced but tasty. Would advise to avoid this place and visit the ones a bit further where you get an actually fresh pizza and amazing service.

Tried a few of their pasta..and all were delicious. Pasta were fresh and good portions with slices of bread. Priced reasonable. They do takeaway as well.

One of our go-to places whilst in Rome. Stayed in the hotel opposite, so it was ideally located for us. Hot food was lovely lasagne, spaghetti and the pizza was amazing. The cakes were to die for and all made in house. Good selection of wine and beer's. Lovely Italian coffee ☕️

Best croissant/cornetto I’ve ever had - staff were really friendly and it was great value

We ate omelette it was really expensive and not fresh. When we said that it is not good, they just heated it for once more and didn’t renew it. We couldn’t eat finally. Don’t come here!

The omlette is 7 euro and it was not absolutely fresh. We ask them this but they didn't change it. Not worth to money that you give but coffee is fine

This caffé is amazing! The crossaints are absolutely delicious as well as the coffee! The staff is friendly and you can get everything for a fair price. Would definitely reccommend.

Staff very amiable, they do their best to make you feel comfortable and welcomed, my first time here was so pleasant! The location is just ok but the food is great and there are numerous choices in panini made with pizza, sandwiches, pastries, alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. They also have local kitchen and an interesting menu. If you order something they don't have but can cook for you they'll be happy to satisfy your wish. Just lovable
