I would say one of the best if not the best place to stay in Rome for a tourist visit. Not only is the location awesome (you can see a bit of the Trevi fountain from the Window even), but also it is very central and has a history. And the rooms and service quality is very good. Also, they offered gluten free breakfast options when asked. Would recommend!

My husband and I loved this hotel! It was like a cocoon in the middle of the city! We arrived on the last leg of our trip to Italy. We had been cycling and staying at a total of 8 hotels. I was looking forward to a hot bath in the jacuzzi tub which did not disappoint! The staff were very attentive and kind. On our last day we were up at 4 am to catch a flight and the front desk manager quickly prepared a couple of espressos to help us wake up.

We had a very wonderful time staying here. We stayed 5 nights and couldn't be happier with the location and the amenities. The hotel is super walkable to a ton of stuff, the restaurant in the hotel was also good, and the room was very nice and quiet. The staff was also pleasant and helpful.

Recently stayed in the junior suite with our teen son. He had his own private room in the suite. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The service was fantastic. They were very helpful with getting us a taxi. They spoke English. The breakfast that was included in our rate was Fabulous!

Four wonderful nights here Oct 2021. Exceptional staff - requests fulfilled immediately. Professional and friendly throughout. Such a warm welcome from Marco on check-in. Beautiful breakfast buffet - everything you could wish for plus further made to order hot menu items and coffees. Celebrated my 40th birthday drinking negronis on the roof terrace with view of Trevi fountain. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Great bar service and quality drinks. Stayed in annex apartment - very well appointed. Slept a lot better than I do at home. Great little extras - slippers/robes etc. Major lack of natural light only drawback. Great location - possible to see fountain before the crowds. Walked everywhere: Vatican, Spanish steps, Colosseum, Villa Borghese Park, restaurants in Termini area etc.

Impressive boutique hotel with a great location. The staff was very accommodating, especially Francesco, who went extremely out of his way for us. Pro Tip: go up to the roof on 3rd floor for a great view of the Trevi Fountain.

Overall, If you are looking for a place in Rome with great location, and reasonable price for what you get (but still more expensive then average), would recommend to stay here. Only reason giving 4 stars is due to price and noting 5 star hotel on Google as not 5 star. Cons are breakfast food is not good, some of staff is ok, and some great (Alejandro - believe how spell - is awesome). Cool being close to Trevi. Rooms are updated and can get priority access to underground ruins which is around a 15 minute tour only needed. There are pros which would recommend, especially get together see Trevi all around. Also, hotel will book tours and cars for you as needed which is plus. We drove there to drop off luggage as had a rent a car for trip prior (Rome was last leg). You will have to drive by Trevi fountain which is a lot of people if afternoon and seems off. Google will take you there. There is less busy streets can park to side which ended up parking at. Just a heads up if driving. They are friendly and will help you.

When I arrived I was 4 hour early for my room, the lady at the desk said she would put my bags in the office as i wait and I sat in the bar with a drink ( on the house as it was a welcome drink ) and with in 30mins the amazing woman at the front desk said that my room was ready...it is a small hotel but everything is top notch 👌 and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. There is also an open terrace on the top floor where you can see the trevi fountain ⛲️ 😀.... stunning place and highly recommended this hotel. 😀

My husband and I stayed here on the first leg of our honeymoon trip and it was such a great way to start. The hotel is in the perfect location to comfortably walk to all major Rome destinations. We were in a standard room and it was clean and had plenty of space. We ate at the restaurant one night and while it wasn’t busy, the food was great quality. One of the highlights for us though was Alessandro. He happened to be working the front desk most days we were there and he had the best disposition and was always so willing to help us and go above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He was incredible and so nice. Our only regret was not telling him because he wasn’t there when we left!

We had an horrible experience with their apartments near Spagna square. You just can’t find their location ANYWHERE! It’s written only on booking if you look specifically and they are not listed on google!! Thats how we got by mistake to the hotel which is located 10 min walking from the apartments (impossible with two big suitcases). The man at the reception suggested us to take a taxi and pay another 18 euros, not taking any responsibility or understanding for the situation! Really not recommend!!!

Five Star that should be a Three Star First of all, I'd like to state that we stayed in "The Annex". It's essentially another building across the street. It's the furthest thing from a Five Star Hotel. I have attached pictures below. There's trash everywhere outside, no where does it say even the hotel name, the hallways have never been painted and have 30 year old carpet, it smells like smoke 24 hours per day, and has nothing to do with the hotel. I don't know how they can even market it as part of the hotel. All this said, this is not the center of frustration. I booked the hotel 14 months in advance of the Ryder Cup. I booked their most expensive Suite to splurge for a once-in-a-lifetime trip. That booking was made August 4th of 2022. It was the Jet Tub Suite with Balcony and about 550 sq ft - an absolutely huge room by Roman hotel standards. The oddness started to happen this July. I got a notification from Expedia that the hotel had rejected my card. If I didn't call immediately, my room would be canceled. I panicked and immediately called Expedia. After hours on the call with the hotel and Expedia, Expedia said they couldn't fix the processing issue at the hotel. They had no idea what was going on even while working with the hotel. Expedia noted how odd is was as it's the standing card I have on file for all of my bookings. The hotel recommended Expedia cancel the booking and then book directly with the hotel. I told Expedia not to cancel as I didn't want to lose this room that I booked a year earlier. Expedia agreed to hand the case over to the hotel and not collect their fees (which I've also never seen). The hotel. I spent probably six or seven calls totaling more than several hours working with Alessandro. He said I would not lose my room and he would cancel from his side. He canceled the room and gave me a discount for booking direct. I didn't ask for one. He just simply offered it for not using a booking engine. Fast forward to last week, I check-in and am given this "Jr. Suite - Annex" as opposed to their most expensive suite with a Balcony, Jetted Tub, and 550 sq ft. I have a conversation with the front desk and he said please wait. I need to do my research. After an hour, he won't listen to me and only shows his side of the case. His "proof" only goes back to the cancellation, which was started on his side, and completely ignores the prior 12 months of evidence and the original booking. I continually show him and he finally admits "something happened". He says he will talk to his Manager and make it right. After four days, they never did a thing. Summary: The Annex is garbage. I can't believe they market it as a hotel. And, I got the old "bait and switch" on rooms. If you somehow you get the Annex, just simply spend your money someplace else. It wouldn't even pass for a basic AirBnb that you pay 600 euros per night for. The hotel needs to interact better and do something in this situation.

This was the best hotel stay of my life. To notch in every way. They made our visit fantastic. Right next to the trevi fountain. Tons of activities within easy walking distance.

Where do I begin? Our first experience in Rome started off quite unexpectedly. We had a chaotic start and had to quickly find a new hotel. Luckily, Franseco came to our aid. Despite it being 7pm and our journey in Rome not going well, he managed to secure a room for a few hours until we could check in. From that point forward, the service was exceptional. The staff provided us with great restaurant recommendations and were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn't find any faults with the staff or the hotel itself. The room had all the amenities we needed and more, including wonderful showers. The location was superb, especially when we needed to quickly return to freshen up before heading out again. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a well-arranged spread. They made cooked-to-order eggs, pancakes, and waffles that were fresh and delicious. The staff members were welcoming and friendly. The only thing we felt was missing was a pool, but considering the location, it seemed understandable that there wasn't space for one. On the bright side, there was a rooftop garden where we could enjoy lovely drinks and food while overlooking the Trevi Fountain. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for their warm welcome, turning our first time in Rome into a truly memorable experience.

I walked from The Coliseum area to the Trevi Fountain and found it overwhelmed with people. Hungry, I spotted Harry’s Restaurant on the way in. Since it’s my late Father’s name, I had to check it out. The place was empty and the nice gentlemen at security nodded me in. I met the maitre’d and asked if I could have a bite to eat. I was escorted into an empty dining room. Embarrassed having the place to myself, my waiter Giuseppe put me quickly to rest. He and Lorenzo proceeded to bring me a dinner I will not soon forget. I was treated like royalty. My dinner, wine, even the water was of high quality. The service was exceptional. I watched Giuseppe and Lorenzo prepare the dining room for breakfast with the utmost of the highest professionalism. The bar is also a great and I’m sure the hotel rooms are outstanding. Because of Giuseppe’s recommendation, I’m now planning a visit to Sicily. Go to Harry’s for a fine dining experience when in Rome. 5+ stars. Then see the Trevi after the crowd dies down.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but stopped in several times during our week long stay in Rome for a glass of wine to cool off. The location could not be more central and the staff could not be more accommodating!

Unfortunately I have not had a great experience since checking in.. I booked a room for 1 night and when I got to the hotel at about noon they checked me in and when I got to my room it was right next to the elevator which is a big no for me as I am a very light sleeper, I requested to have my room changed and they refused because supposedly they were fully booked and all of the reservations for the day had arrived that they could give me a refund if I did not want to stay in the room. As I was on a phone call with expedia shortly after I witnessed another couple being checked in so I asked to speak to manager and they said there was no manager on the weekends so I never got the opportunity to speak to a higher authority not even thru the phone. I havent been offered anything to make things better just a refund which in this case serves me for nothing as now I can't find a room so last minute anywhere near by. This is my first time in Rome and my first solo trip days before my birthday and so far the experience has not even been half as I thought it would be.

Our family had 2 rooms for 3 nights, we enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, helpful friendly staff, really nicely done breakfast in the morning from 7 to 10am. The location is a litttle difficult to reach via car/taxi but great for walking. Close to Trevi, pantheon, and Alter of the Fatherland. A bit of a walk to the Colosseum. It is also close to lots of restaurants. Highly recommend: er Faciolaro and Il Chianti Vineria restaurants that are both very close by.

If looking for the perfect Rome hotel look No further. Booking a hotel when you live in America is challenging. The staff here are five star. Room ready when we arrived early. They booked my transportation from the airport. It was flawless. A fresh cup of coffee awaited our arrival. Location can not get any better. This is the best district in Rome in our opinion and we went everywhere. The Trevi fountain is steps away from this amazing boutique hotel. The hotel is equal distance from the Vatican and the coliseum. This is with out a doubt a five star hotel. Room - service - location amazing. I write very few reviews but this hotel earned our highest endorsement. Keep up the amazing work!!!
