Really good authentic food. We requested them to make the food spicy, also we requested a salad with onions and green chillies which they provided us. Quantity was good and the prices are very pocket friendly. I think I am going to go again to eat at this place and will definitely come back to eat here when I am in Rome again! A must visit if you are craving for some good south Indian food :)

Awesomeness . The food here is just amazing and made me miss my home so much. Authentic Kerala taste with super friendly and warm staff. We tried Fish curry, Pork Roast, Beef roast, Ghee Roast, Chicken biryani, Dosa etc and everything was just perfect. I would recommend also to have a taste of the Lime juice and Lime soda which is just amazing as well. Note : We ate for 3 days straight from this same restaurant , and I still crave for more ❤️❤️❤️ MUST TRY IF YOU ARE IN ROME ( Pwoli place Anu makkale )

Delicious food! Was shocked to have such great food in Rome. We were visiting from US, and missing home cooking. This really hit the spot. We will definitely be back.

I recommend them 100% for naadan South Indian food! I haven't been to India for 2 years therefore eating here today made me very happy. For those who don't know what to get I recommend for starters Banana fry (pazam pozhi), and then fish curry meals (the fish curry is red curry). The lime soda is phenomenal. I am really happy they decided to set up shop here and that south Indians can enjoy food here. Kudos to the owners and my very best wishes to them. The beef roast I ordered wasn't what I wanted but I think that's my mistake as I wanted a beef fry (the one in images with onions on top) and then ordered a beef roast. Good luck 🍀

Too too good. Finding a decent restaurant that serves authentic Kerala food is not easy anywhere in Europe. I visited here during Onam for the sadya. If they can ace all their dishes, then hands down, I'm sure every dish is worthwhile here.

This place in Rome serves genuine Kerala-style food. It feels like being in a Kerala home with its friendly staff and authentic atmosphere. Definitely worth trying! The dishes were so much more home-made than you give them credit for. Their meals options are the best for those feeling a little homesick

After 5 days of local Italian food, we decided to opt for trying out Kerala restaurant today. This place is 30 mins walking distance from Roma termini. The food is delicious! We had Parotha (fresh - crisp & hot), prawns roast (enough for 3 & perfect on spice for us), chicken curry, chicken biryani and veg meals. All in all everything tasted really well. People are very nice and look after your food needs. Not expensive. They work really hard to keep this restaurant going and I can see that in their service and quality of food. Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates a good ‘nadan’ style food. 👌🏽

We ate in this restaurant lot of time it's a good place to have southern India dishes and especially Kerala style briyani and sweets and it's very budget friendly

Tasted their beef curry and lassi and my life was suddenly complete. One of the best meals I had in Rome.

These guys are best. Humble people and good food. I had vegetarian food, masala chai and mango Lassi.. Everything was great. Highly recommended for budget friendly and tasty Indian food. Very happy with their service.

It was one of the Best Indian restaurant we have ever been. It is similar to Armit Rest in Berlin but in a much smalltalk size! We ordered Chicken and Beef Curry with Basmati rice and bread. Highly recommend

Really tasty south Indian food for a good price. Recommend the masala dosa and vada. The vada was even better than what I was used to eating in India.

Had a chance to visit this restaurant on our trip to Italy and we were amazed by the food we had. The taste was very authentic like what I used to have in India. People at the restaurant are very warm and welcoming. Sadly we discovered this place on the last day of our trip. The food was very fresh and fulfilling. We highly recommend this place. It’s like home away from home.

I came to Rome for a one week holiday and discovered this restaurant through the use of safari and over the week course visited the restaurant 11 times because of how friendly the staff were towards me. The service I received was absolutely brilliant because I always received my food quickly and never incorrectly and the staff regularly came over to see if I needed anything. The food was great quality and very filling. I recommend this restaurant to people interested in south indian food and especially tourists because the staff were very helpful in recommending tourists destinations for me to visit. Overall it was a brilliant experience and will definitely come visit again.

I don’t think I ever ate more food in a single sitting. Compliments to the chef. We had a great time, friendly waiter and simply amazing food. It got a bit confusing as to what we eventually ordered since they were out of a couple of dishes, but we still had a very varied meal that was enjoyed to the fullest! The perfect mango lassi(with a little cardamom, and the spicy chickpea dish was just aggravatingly delicious. And everything was very(!) affordable.

We ordered fried rice from this place two times and it was 1+1 offer . Mystery was first time the order appeared like veg biryani and second time like fried rice so not sure which one is the right order delivered by them. Veg kurma was good as well.

I was surprised to find an authentic Malayalee restaurant in the heart of Italy!! Great service and great food! The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant! The food was served quickly and was delicious! The price was very reasonable! Try the thali! (Pro tip - restaurant is located on the opposite side of the street on Uber’s map and possibly other maps).

Had a very good experience. Food was yummy and the staff behaviour is appreciable.Tried beef fry and beef biriyani. Beef fry was extremely good. I believe cook is from kottayam. Overall I was happy and is a highly recommended spot for those who are in Rome for authentic kerala food. Keep going guys.

Delicious food, some of the best Indian/Kerala food I've had in Europe... Also tried their special Christmas menu which really brought back memories from a Christmas lunch at home.. This place is a no miss for South Indians (especially if you're from Kerala) that are in Rome and want a change from the pastas and pizzas...

A heart filling and gut filling meal specially curated for a typical Malayali's liking! Cannot even begin to explain the joy of eating matta red rice with fish curry and et al. An affordable south Indian place if you love Kerala cuisine.

We were on a 2 day trip to Rome. We had lunch and dinner from this hotel on both days. We tried fish curry meals with fish fry for lunch on both days. The quantity was good and the taste was nice. The gravy was really thick and tye fish fry was perfectly cooked. For the dinner we tried Porotta with chilly chicken and beef fry. The porotta was perfectly cooked, soft, layered and flaky. We also had parippuvada and egg puffs. The latter was bit overcooked and burned, which was bit let down. The chai was good. Overall very nice experience on all occasions. The location is easily accessible and very close to public transport. San Giovanni metro station is 200m away.

Extremely delicious food here this place has surprised me with its awesome food and taste in Rome, the hospitality of the people in the restaurant is very nice and gentle,i eat here all three days during my stay in Rome and i did not miss Indian food at all,i am going to visit here again whenever i am in Rome
