    Very large store but extremely poor service, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AN ASIAN. People immediately give you a racist face. And extremely long waiting time than all the other non-Asian customers. Security asks me not to touch any of their products, (because I didn’t wear any luxury brands)?? Never judge a book by its cover!! (The security only come over to us to warn us). Really disappointed in this brand.

    Truly an exceptional experience. We had the pleasure working with Fabio, he was so attentive and kind. Very good English and let us try a bunch of different products. Very happy with our experience and will be coming back. Highly recommended

    Glad that I didn’t listen to the other negative reviews. My husband and I had a GREAT experience here! We did have to wait but it was only for a few minutes and then we received exceptional service!

    If I can, I would give them zero star. Service is bad. Won’t let people ask questions. So many people work in the store but they won’t help. You need to wait all the time. Finally, they assign one clerk, and she is not helpful at all. And later she just started to help another customer.

    Pretentious store and unless you are ostentatiously in the top 1%, expect to be ignored and treated with suspicion. If you are asked "whats your budget", be super cool, nonchalant, look them in the eye, pause for a few secs, then smile and say "the best price of course, darling"

    I bought there 3 times in the previous 3 months The sellers are mostly nice, although one of them was a little bit "moody", but overall the service is okie The store is really giant and pretty (about 3 floors) but sometimes you have to wait between 30 minutes to 1 hour in order to get service. Dont get me wrong- there are alot of employees but sometimes its not enough, especially when each buyer stay for about half hour with the employee About the quality- the clothes, wallets etc. have an excellent quality as you can expect from LV The perfumes are so so (I bought the Meteore perfume, smells nice and the scent remains for about 4hours, not sure if it actually worth the price) They also take care of your products if its rainy outside (cover the bag with plastic bag etc.) The shop itself is very pretty and worth a visit

    I have been to a lot of LV stores across the UK and other countries and they have been absolutely amazing. The staff has been amazing everywhere, they take my name and my number and when they’re ready they serve you in no time. However, I was disappointed with this store. The staff was not friendly at all, they did not take down a number for when it was time to serve me. I waited more than half an hour only to see people who came after me being served first. Then I realised there was no one in store who was darker in completion, me and my friends all being south Asian and one African, were actually shocked by this. When we left the store there was no mention of us being served and we were given a quite smug “bye” from the staff member at the door. I am actually appalled I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone who isn’t white. It felt very racially motivated that they didn’t want to serve us and the fact they kept us waiting for nearly an hour, serving everyone who came in after us, is actually disgusting. Very uncomfortable and awkward experience. I Would not go there again.

    Let me start by saying I have been into a alot of high end brand stores and when your shopping your going for the whole experience the attentiveness and dressing you and them offering you a drink weather its water or coffee or champagne. Well I spent 6k and didn't receive the whole experience she seemed like she was just trying to get us out of the store then to upsale us. I got 2 shoes a hand bag and my husband got a backpack. When I asked where the restroom was she said its upstairs and I couldn't find it for 10 mins since the door had no sign and even looked like a staff door.

    A terrible experience. The salesperson was very rude, arrogant and racist by the name of Maria-Cristina C. I simply asked her a question and replied back rolling her eyes and shaking her head side to side. To add, she even passed a comment to her colleague next to her in Italian telling him that I’m ‘pazza’ (crazy) My friend who was with me understood everything. How rude of her and shame on you!!! As I told her that i’ll take the bag as I’m crazy as she said I am, she was shocked and told me that I don’t understand Italian. I simply bought the bag as I really wanted cause otherwise I wouldn’t have. Such terrible customer service should never be encountered by anyone!

    5 stars if we worked with Daria from the start; we entered and the receptionist ended up being snarky with us saying to not walk around and touch the bags. Meanwhile other patrons could the whole time. We had one service lady show us somethings but we could tell she was simply there to “escort” us and protect the product. We walked away. We returned once more because they had the bag we wanted and was paired with Daria. Fantastic helper. She was energetic and showing us options to match our needs. We wanted to buy only the one bag but We ended up splurging and buying 4 bags. Friendly and nice service goes a long way folks. Remember who your customers are.

    After few tentatives in other LV stores, Mr Alessio the manager solved us a problem with the tax refund form worth 300 euros created by a different LV shop in Venezia. We are very thankful to him and highly recommend this LV store over others in Italy for its excellency in customer service!

    Do not trust the salespeople at this store. They lie and push hard to upsell. I told them the bag I wanted and they told me it was discontinued. I asked them to check with other stores in the area because the day before the store in Florence checked and said there were at least 3 of the bags in the Rome stores. But the sales person at this location said it was out of stock everywhere. When I asked for a similar style (that I found on the website) they said they were out of that style as well. I asked if that bag was at other locations. Again, the salesperson said this bag was not available at any other the locations in Rome. This happened with four different bags I asked about. How is it possible to be out of 4 different bags? Instead, they kept pushing a bag that was more than twice the price of the ones I wanted. Every time I asked about a different bag they came back AGAIN with the bag they wanted me to buy but in a different color or different size. I left and went to a different Louis Vuitton store. They had the bag and said it had not been discontinued. The salesperson at this second store acknowledged this bag is hard to find because it is very popular but he said he it was definitely NOT discontinued. Don’t waste your money at this location. They are liars and scammers. They are also rude and racist. My daughter is Asian and I am white. When she entered the store behind me they motioned to her in a very dismissive way to close the door behind her. There was an associate at the door who could have closed it for her so I’m confused why they motioned for her to close the door instead. After we entered the store they showed zero interest in her. She finally sat down and watched them harass me. I’m glad I left. I will never come back to this store and I will NOT recommend it to anyone else. Shame on Louis Vuitton for allowing this behavior to continue. There’s obviously a problem with this location because of the numerous negative reviews. Do better.

    We were assisted by the sales agent Alejandra. When asked how much is the item she would reply, ‘this is expensive’. I hope she realizes it is up to the customer to decide whether something is expensive or not. We bought stuff instead at Prada and Dior where the sales agents were really nice and welcoming .

    My honey and I with the youngest of our 6 children, traveled to Spain, France, and Italy over a 10 day trip. Our sales person Maribelle (or something that starts with an M she was about 5ft 3/with dark hair and a magnetic smile) was phenonomal. We were traveling from Chicago and I forgot to let my credit card company - needless to say my checkout took an hr lol but we got it done. She gave my babies water and juice was patient with us as we tried on multiple and we purchased 4 items (2 purses and 2 pair of shoes). The store was clean and the people were friendly and responsive to us. Because the fact that I told the lady at the jewelry counter I was allergic to gold and she explained to me 24k was different - girl - gold is gold. I just told I was allergic. So grateful our sales person, M, actually listened. After spending too much time in the store we missed our train. She even left the store to help us hail a cab and called an hr later to confirm if we made it safely to our desitination. Super sweet.     They are very rude and prejudge you. There were people that came in after me and were being helped before I was offered help. On top of it, the manager told my 73 year old handicapped mother she needed to get up from a chair while I was waiting for assistance. Such a disgrace to elderly people and foreigners who apparently dint appeal to their apparent standards.

    worst experience ever. can be marked as a racist shop especially if you are asian. maybe the shop assistant will serve you until all other clients have left. that's nonsense to ask you to sit there and wait while you can see they are welcoming other clients coming behind you.

    I had a bad experience when I bought stuff from here. The one attending to me is not accommodating and not pleasant at all. Made me feel of being discriminated against being an Asian guy.

    I had my worst experience in Italy in this place because i got scammed on 85 euro and made us miss the train. We went in to buy a bag but the seller insisted to try to sell us some more expensive bags even though we just wanted a particular kind of bag. Anyway we asked them for a day before and even before the purchase if it was possible to send it to the store in Venedig and collect it there because we will finish our trip in Venedig and they told us it was no problem. So after we finished the purchased and wanted to send it they told us that it was not possible to send it because they can only send limited edition which is not true so they told us they could make a refund instead and I lost 85 euro because the rate is different on the credit card when we make the purchase and when they deposit it just because they were not honest from the beginning. And the process took so long time so we missed our train to Naples. So unprofessionally i expect better service when buying a bag for that price.

    At times, the brand is cool, and the store staff are truly exceptional, resulting in an overall fantastic experience. However, the store’s management has the unfortunate ability to ruin all that magic… that’s exactly the case. I placed an order for a bag and requested it to be delivered to the shop within four days, as I was visiting Rome. At the end of the third day I received the call that the bag was not even shipped from the other shop. And of course it can’t be delivered on time. Guess what options the manager came up with? Right, refund. And I had to go back to store to get it, no other choices. My attempts to explore alternative resolutions were met with a stubborn adherence to the policy. Whether it was delivering the item to my residence, opting for a one-day express delivery, sending an employee with the bag (since it was their fault it hadn’t shipped), or even considering using a train for delivery – all were met with a resounding ‘no.’ No apologies were offered, just a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Ridiculous. I can only hope that someone from the head office comes across this review and appoints a manager who can truly ‘manage’ the store in line with the vision I hold for LV.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE , WORST LV store in the world . Nobody seems to care about you , greedy luxury brand that sells and don't care if you have a problem or a question . They don't even have a phone number to call !!!! Nobody answers e-mails ! SHAME LOUIS VUITTON !

    Service was not the best I have ever had in an LV store . I bought a bag in the end but we could feel that the SA was annoyed - I bought a bag for 3.000€ which I guess is not too bad but the SA was not happy - I did not even get a perfume sample. My SA in Munich always does that even if I spend much less money. The shop itself is beautiful and huge

    Recently purchased a bag here. Felt like a number and not a customer. Manuel(?) didn’t listen to what I wanted and tried to talk me out of the bag I went in for. When we went back in to purchase, he was nowhere to be found. Love the bag I got though. Have purchased at Boss, Dior and Gucci after this location and had 10/10 service.

    Bad experience. Nice store doesn't mean good service. I had to wait here 30-40 minutes, they said the staff were busy but in reality they were standing and chatting with each other. I have been to many Lv stores in Europe but this is probably the worst one. Never want to come back.

    Louis Vuitton still needs to up their quality control. Back in 2012 when my mum would buy vuitton bags the quality control was spot on and staff were wearing gloves and taking extra care. Look at the pictures below 1)The left side of the bag has a stitch jumped. If you look closer it is machine stitched so either the tension could not handle the vachetta and canvas. If you compare to the right side the stitch length is even. 2) The edges are not even and polished. If you compare to the Kusama noe they use the same finish as you would find on a speedy or keepall handle. It cracks on mine and also the handle too. 3) The straps stitching is so uneven on the backside. I mean look... if I put a straight line you can see how wonky it is. I know this stitching technique by hand and Hermes uses the same saddle stitch method which is why you can see how the top side stitch looks a bit angled. But seriously how many attempts did they make in the atelier and unpicked it to make it look like this? It should be seamless. 4) Inside the Noé they didn't catch the back stitch with the machine evenly. It should be overlapping to secure the stitch not having it 1mm out. What this means is that the bag will be a risk from snapping but of course vuitton would glue first then stitch. But then again the glue won't last that long without a properly finished backstitch. 5) I got white stuff on the canvas like how people get problems with the pochette metis. Not a worry with some water on a microfibre cloth to remove it but still... Customer service fail but success in the end. Ilenia Fiore changed the reputation of this store. Shame she is going to Napoli because on my first visit I bought the Noe on 21 April and the service was like the women before Ilenia never wanted to do anything with me. I came back the next day because the bag was missing a part on the handle😟😳 and I wasn’t happy with the water marks on the corner and dark patina on the left. In fact the woman who sold me the bag said that the one I bought yesterday came this morning from the factory. Turns out it was the display model. When I exchanged the bag this morning Ilenia said "no that is not right" and actually found the bag that arrived yesterday morning. It was in better condition with no water marks! Simple quick and efficient. I give 5 stars to Ilenia. But otherwise if she was not there and my bag was not resolved I would give 2 stars

    I visited 3 Louis stores while in Rome and this store was by far the best experience. Didn’t feel like I was being followed or harassed, a gentleman named Konstantino provided great service and created a great shopping experience.

    We originally came to this LV to shop for family members but my bf actually made a purchase and Federico was a pleasure ! He was super friendly and we genuinely enjoyed speaking to him he was super helpful as well! They did need our passport in order to make any purchase at the store bur Federico was awesome and answered all questions. Thank you again and we wish you the best!

    Arrived at 11am on the 19th of April, the shop was empty, nice welcome at the beginning from a lady which asked me if I need help which I didn’t need at the beginning because I wanted just to have a look with my wife. I went down to the male section and I wanted to try some shoes, but no one was in the whole floor at the male section. The staff were upstairs talking and chatting. I’ve asked for help but body heard, I guess they were busy talking, I’ve raised a bit my voice slowly so they can hear me and so I avoid taking again the stairs were they are. Then they heard me and a guy came to tell me to not yell which I wasn’t doing. How this staff behave like that? I’ve been a loyal customer to LV and shopped from different shops around the world and never had this experience in a LV shop. His name is Andrea and he is really not a good assets for such a company, clearly he failed in being what a great customer service should looks like. It is a shame to live this experience because we are not looking to live that.

    Awful service.... my wallet didnt last even for a year, so I took it for a repair, they told me, maximum 6 weeks.... it has been 13 weeks, nobody has bothered to contact me or inform me !! i contacted them and their words is that we work "artisanal" !!! do you think you are the only one who works artisanal? at least the other ones have 100% leather artisanal products not PVC plastic....... ARTISANAL PVC PLASTIC! Read their trust pilot reviews and understand the reality....!

    Absolutely wonderful experience in this store, a big thank you to Mariarosa! She was extremely welcoming, helped us find all of the right pieces and was so very kind. We visited other stores in Italy including Portofino, Florence and Rome and this was BY FAR the best experience. Very much recommend!

    Late review, I got my cute bubblegram Alma from this store last year. Wasn’t happy that due to low stock I had to bring home something that was on display but this was too cute to resist. Excellent service as well although the ~1 hr long wait time was a drag

    My husband and I visited this store yesterday. How lucky we were to finalise our purchase with Manuel. His welcoming smile and easy approach made our experience all the more better. I have been to quite a few designers and have never been so content with my overall experience. Manuel's extensive knowledge in the industry and clear passion for fashion really shined through ultimately educating me about brands, quality and purchases. I know details can be researched online etc but it's completely different when you experience it with a SA. I appreciate his honesty and can say I am definitely over the moon with my purchases. It's a very big and busy store, there is usually a wait time. We had to wait 20-30mins, sometimes the wait is 1hr from what I've been told. If you choose to walk out or not stay on the level they asked you to wait you may lose your spot to the next in line if they can't find you FYI. Based on my experience the staff are working very hard if anyone has worked in retail would understand what it is like to be understaffed, overworked and working in peak times. We spent 1-1.5hrs with Manuel.

    Etoile is by far the best LV store in Rome. The Sales Assistants are nice, not rude like the ones from La Rinascente (the guy with short colored hair) he was so rude to me and my friend, he did not want to show us the bags on display, so we bought the 2 bags from etoile instead. He should be not working at a luxury store.

    We have often been to LV, but the staff there is outstanding. Of course they have the biggest store in Italy. But the people working there fill the store with passion for bags and fashion. They do not just want to sell bags, they try to find the bag fitting for your person. AND in contrast to the second store in Rome nearby: after a day of sightseeing at 28 degrees when you are even a bit sweaty and not in a cocktail dress you are treated as a customer (which you most probably are when you enter such a store or want to become one) with dedication. Highly appreciated and many thanks to Manuel 🥰
