    The infrastructure is great, but the doctors don't care enough about the patient. They will rush the appointment because of the 15 minutes time limit and will not provide a proper diagnostic. I went to 4 different urologists in CUF and they all got the wrong diagnosis. One of them even told me to deal with my problems using acupuncture, which has no science evidence of treatment. This hospital is my last option when I need to treat anything.

    Considering that the best doctor (in technical and human terms) that my family and I have found in the entire national health system is in this entity (Pediatrics and Clinical Director Dr. Jorge Sales Marques), in itself it is already a sufficient condition for the rating 5*. There are many good health professionals, but this kind of pride is absolutely distinctive and should serve as an example for all professional areas. The infirmary staff and assistants are also above average (particularly in human terms), combined with the excellent location. Inefficiencies in the back-office and customer service can be improved, but with continuous training, the introduction of good practices from other entities and the renewal of some staff, things will go well. Keep up the great work.

    I read all the comments before coming to CUF Trindade hospital and thought: it can't be that bad. Since I needed an appointment at the last minute, I decided to take the risk as my experience with other CUF hospitals has always been excellent. So you don't have to read a huge review, in short: the negative comments are right. The reception was disorganized and chaotic. The password system is unusable, which has caused delays and frustration for patients waiting to be admitted. Furthermore, there was no indication that the passwords did not work, that is, people had to deduce this or interrupt other patients being seen to ask themselves whether they were being called or not, and where to go. The reception staff also seemed not to be completely familiar with the computer system, which prolonged the check-in process. Despite being friendly and available to help, the lack of training and technical skills influence key moments of the experience, such as invoicing. After having been to CUF Trindade, I understand why several people have complained about being unfairly charged for exams they did not perform, as my invoice was almost wrongly processed several times. In short, although it was a relatively quick visit, and the medical care was competent and sufficient, the bureaucratic part of the hospital is not suitable for CUF patients, who often seek this service because it is faster and more efficient than public service waiting lines. Taking into account the prices charged, I think there are ways in which profits can be redirected towards training employees and a computer technician who is capable of installing a functional password system.

    Total disappointment with the lack of professionalism of the administrative and reception staff. In addition to being unfriendly and quick, they do not accept mistakes, leaving the customer injured. A few hours before my daughter's appointment, they called to change the price (human or computer error, they didn't clarify). I had to pay privately, without being able to take advantage of the discount I had contracted with them when I booked the appointment a month before. They gave me no alternative other than to pay the new amount or reschedule to another doctor on another date.

    I hereby express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had in this hospital, and I also indicate that my objective is to provide constructive feedback on the problems I encountered, in order to contribute to the improvement of the services provided and prevent other patients from go through the same situation!!! However, from what I saw in previous comments, a lack of professionalism, registration on the part of reception, as well as failure to meet scheduled appointment times, is very common. Today, 22-11, my appointment at Immunoallergology was scheduled at 2pm, what is certain is that at 2:20pm, I decided to go to one of the employees at reception, namely by the name of Gracinda Oliveira, by the way the same collaborator who helped me check in at the consular office well before the scheduled time. I must point out that I made my appointment reasonably in advance, with the expectation of being seen at the designated time, especially because the 2pm time would be in order to not miss work and fulfill my duty on time in my professional sector. , which did not happen with the specialty doctor Dr. Joana Barradas Lopes Magalhães Teixeira, who after 30 minutes of delay, informed one of the receptionists via call that it would still take around 15 minutes because she would have encountered traffic. This warning was given because the receptionist called the doctor to question the delay, because otherwise there was no delay warning contact! In addition to the delay, I would like to draw attention to the lack of professionalism that I witnessed at reception. During the time I was waiting, I observed inappropriate behavior on the part of the employees present. They did not care enough to inform patients about the reason for the delay and did not demonstrate any awareness of the importance of maintaining a good welcoming environment and respect for patients. I suggest that an analysis be carried out to identify the errors that occurred and that corrective actions be implemented to ensure more efficient and professional care for patients in consultation. Good afternoon.

    Muito mau tempo de espera, médico de neurocirurgia já idóneo que deve ser mais atento e profissional com os doentes a enviar emails e atender telefonemas pediu desculpa, mas mal viu os exames deu umas marteladas nos joelhos e carregou na parte dorida, mandou fazer mais um exame, nem medicação viu que tomo, e só viu um dos tac que levei há cervical e como hospital privado é inadmissível que a primeira pergunta que faz é qual é a minha profissão, quando deve perguntar ao doente o que sente que exames tras e que doênças sofre para ser tratado, porque paguei e pago ainda dizem mal do SNS é de lamentar e não me vou mais alongar mais, já agora tempo de espera chegada 15,40h atendimento 16,30h tempo com o médico 15 minutos e sou um doente de risco para esquecer...nem a pagar, muito mau não aconselho, pessoal da recepção simpático

    Levei meu filho na urgência. Fomos muito bem recebidos , a médica extremamente atenciosa , pessoal da recepção também. O hospital é bem estruturado, não esperamos muito para sermos atendidos .

    Atendimento da Recpçao ok, e no site tem uma boa quantidade de dermatologistas, mas na hora de marcar um atendimento infelizmente a disponibilidade são pra datas muito longas.. espero que mais pra frente consigam avaliar esse questão.

    Every experiance at this hospital has been amazing. From walking in and being directed to where I need to go or do (even when confused and it is a busy day at the reception, I still get spotted as needing assistance and tended to) Every reception / admission has been kind, informative and helpful. Even if there are language barriers ( which there hardly ever is since there is always English speakers on staff) The maximum help is offered. Every doctor is responsive, listens and gives full attention to the medical needs. I had surgery at this hospital and cannot recommend or thank alllll the staff that have been involved. From the nurses, doctors, Administration, food service staff to the cleaning staff. They all are amazing, Professional, kind, and have the empathy that a patient needs to receive. I am so impressed and was shocked that this is possible in a health care system. Thank you ALL so much. I cannot trust another hospital but CUF with my care from now on. Muito Obrigada

    To be honest, this hospital is increasingly disappointing. I had a gynecological procedure here and from preparation until 3 days after the procedure, I went through hell in pain. The doctor did not give me adequate medication for a smooth preparation and the 24 hours before the procedure were really very painful. During the procedure and after expressing the pain she was in, the doctor showed surprise and apathy, as did the nurse. I almost passed out during it. After this whole situation and months after the 4 consultations necessary to carry out the procedure, I receive invoices via email for these hospital visits. NOTE, after each one I asked reception if there was any additional cost (given that I had already paid for the consultation(s)).... and was told that there was none. As if all of this wasn't enough, more than a week after having paid all outstanding debts, I call to schedule a follow-up appointment and am told that they won't allow me to schedule an appointment because I have outstanding debts... the ones I already paid 12 years ago. days ago... How sad...

    The appointments are ALWAYS late. If the appointment is at 10.30, you’ll probably only enter at 11.00. This is super frustrating, especially when having appointments during a busy workday.

    PAGUEI por um exame que minha filha NÃO FEZ e o hospital NÃO ME DEVOLVE O DINHEIRO! Durante um mês entrei em contato por telefone várias vezes (7 ou 8 vezes) e pelo site e só me respondiam que precisavam confirmar com a médica se o exame não foi mesmo realizado. O contacto pelo site não cria qualquer registro para mim, e hoje foi informado que não existe um email de contacto. Após todo esse tempo a aguardar, depois de ligar 3x em um mesmo dia (que era quando me informaram que a médica estaria lá), me responderam que ela havia confirmado que o exame foi feito. Minha filha é uma bebê que, no dia da consulta, tinha 27 dias de vida e me foi dito na hora que uma biomicroscopia do fundo ocular não poderia ser feita nela devido a idade. Outra médica que se encarregaria do exame falou para a gente ir direto à sala da médica que a examinou. NÓS NEM ENTRAMOS NA SALA DE EXAME. Ela apenas entrou na sala da consulta e a dra. Luisa Malheiro, ao olhar seu olho com remela, disse que se tratava de um entupimento do canal lacrimal e recomendou que fizéssemos massagens. NOVAMENTE NÃO FOI REALIZADO NENHUM EXAME NELA! E se dizem que o exame foi feito, eu gostava de ter acesso à um laudo/resultado desse suposto exame. Ao solicitar isso, me falaram que não tinha como, pois o exame não fica registrado no sistema (???), o que é bem cômodo, já que o exame não foi realizado. Solicitei acesso às chamadas gravadas, e me foi dito mais uma vez que o contacto deveria ser feito pelo formulário no site, o que é ridículo, pois tanto não temos resposta (depois de quase um mês) como não gera qualquer tipo de prova, caso precisemos comprovar em um processo futuramente. Hoje me foi dito que a médica entraria em contacto diretamente comigo, mas duvido que isso aconteça. Extremamente decepcionada com o serviço, uma total perda de tempo por um exame de 37€.

    É um ótimo hospital desde as instalações aos auxiliares de ação médica são extremamente delicados e simpáticos prontos para ajudar. O corpo Clínico onde fui atendida é de uma extrema delicadeza e preocupados com o nosso bem estar.

    No dia 04 Set 2023, dei entrada pela manhã neste Unidade Cuf Hospital, sito no edifício " Ordem de Trindade " quarto 215, para ser submetido a uma cirurgia de uma hérnia inguinal . Fui muito bem atendido por todos os seus profissionais mas, não posso deixar de referenciar o Enfermeiro Alexandre que me assistiu desde a entrada pela manhã, até ao fim do mesmo dia . Profissional que, em todos os pontos tais como educado, simpatia, profissionalismo, atento,esclarecedor e que , quando pensava algo lhe perguntar, explicar-me-ia esse algo e muito mais . Se todos os profissionais de saúde assim fossem, o período de internamento seria do melhor que qualquer doente precisa . Muito obrigado Enfermeiro Alexandre . Ramiro Gonçalves

    Ainda a uns anos 4 talvez faziam o electrocardiograma pelo SNS era a Ordem da Trindade,desde que mudaram para a CUf já deixaram de fazer, fica o aviso não percam tempo .

    Parece-me que a gestão de pessoal não está a ser feita no melhor interesse do cliente. No atendimento para realização de análises clínicas estava uma senhora muito simpática mas que claramente não percebia nada do que estava a fazer. Parecia que nunca tinha trabalhado na área e estava claramente a precisar de mudar de função ou de ter formação intensiva. O restante atendimento foi cinco estrelas!

    Tudo muito correcto, desde o atendimento no local, o atendimento telefónico, os serviços de exames e o médico consultado. A localização não é o ponto mais favorável o que me faz preferir o Instituto CUF na Senhora da Hora com estacionamento próprio, mas há ali dois parques públicos perto que minimizam o inconveniente.

    I was extremely pleased with my recent experience with the treatment I received for a knee pain at CUF Trinidad. I’m especially grateful for the care I received from My orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Sousa. From the beginning Dr Sousa took the time to thoroughly explain and help me understand my diagnosis and my treatment options. I felt well informed and comfortable with my treatment during the entire process. The surgery and post Op follow up processes were effective and efficient. …. I’m immensely appreciative to Dr. Sousa, all of the other surgical team members who cared for me and my wonderful post op nurse Alexander for their professionalism, empathetic care and light hearted approach. It made my experience and recovery stress free and pleasant!
