When refueling today at pump 7 diesel, when I picked up the gun it was full of diesel on the outside and the entire hose. I had my hands dirty with the product and smelling like it. When I arrived at the cashier to make the payment, I alerted the employee. Neither a look nor a reaction nor an apology, it was as if I were talking to a wall. It must be the only BP where some employees ignore complaints or other information given by customers. They even seem deaf, and instead of answering, they just ask the usual questions about payment, etc. I hadn't been here for a few years, and I didn't remember why, but today and after doing 97 KMS from a full tank, the pump filled 9.9 Lts, which I'm sure wasn't the expense I had. After doing the real math, I see that to do these 97 KMS, I should have stayed at 7.5 Lts. Furthermore, the pistol didn't fire when it was filled, which is abnormal, and I was surprised by a large spill of diesel. I alerted the employee (at 5:55 pm) about the spill, as I would have to cover even more extra expenses, the employee simply seemed like a robot, without looking, without responding. I mentioned the fact that someone with a motorcycle could fall. I waited for some time and no one came to deal with the problem and instead I saw another employee laughing, as if it was funny, that's how it seemed to me! Now I remember why I stopped coming to this BP.

The manual washing station, despite being recent, is terrible. There is no machine for exchanging coins or notes, there is no timer during washing or rinsing, the cabins are small in width, the grates for beating the carpets cannot hold because they are poorly screwed to the floor.
