I
made
a
purchase
and
I
didn't
ask
for
a
taxpayer
on
the
invoice,
but
they
also
didn't
ask
me
if
I
wanted
to.
When
I
got
home
I
called
the
store
and
asked
the
question,
to
which
they
informed
me
that
I
could
stop
by
the
store,
take
the
parts,
tags
and
receipt.
I
asked
if
I
could
just
take
the
labels
as
the
items
had
already
been
placed
in
the
washing
machine
and
they
said
yes.
So
I
informed
them
that
my
daughter
would
stop
by
the
store
on
her
day
off,
which
would
be
after
4
days,
to
which
they
replied
that
there
was
no
problem.
When
my
daughter
went
to
the
store
they
asked
for
the
card
that
the
payment
was
made
on
as
she
didn't
have
it
with
her
and
they
refused
to
issue
the
invoice
with
the
taxpayer.
My
daughter
called
immediately
and
I
called
the
store
asking
why
I
had
the
card
if
I
didn't
want
a
refund
but
rather
an
invoice
with
NIF.
After
I
mentioned
and
insisted
that
it
didn't
make
sense,
the
employee
Regina
still
answered
me
ironically
if
I
knew
the
system
just
because
I
was
saying
that
I
didn't
have
to
make
any
refund
but
just
an
invoice
with
NIF.
I
had
to
insist
that
I
wouldn't
accept
a
return
because
I
only
wanted
the
invoice
with
NIF
(I
had
to
say
the
same
thing
many
times)
and
he
still
told
me
on
the
phone
“thank
God”
because
I
was
just
insisting
that
I
didn't
want
a
refund
but
just
another
time
invoice
with
NIF.
As
a
customer,
I
had
to
tell
her
if
she
can't
cancel
the
invoice
to
return
it
in
cash
and
reregister
it
in
cash.
I
don't
have
to
make
returns
and
make
another
payment
with
the
card
just
because
the
system
doesn't
work.
In
other
words,
after
all
this
insistence
and
they
almost
forced
me
to
go
to
the
store
again
on
another
day
because
I
didn't
have
my
card.
I
got
them
to
issue
me
an
invoice
with
the
taxpayer.
It
was
the
first
time
I
bought
but
I
didn't
like
the
way
I
was
treated
and
the
way
they
spoke
to
me.
I
won't
buy
again.
