hereby
express
my
dissatisfaction
with
the
orthodontic
treatment
I
am
receiving
from
Clinica
Médica
Dentária
Do
Bolhão.
I
looked
for
this
clinic
in
August
2019
for
several
reasons
and
all
of
them
positive,
flexible
schedules,
maintenance
costs,
etc.
In
the
first
consultation
I
went
to,
I
was
very
explicit.
I
had
already
had
braces
before
and
the
only
thing
I
wanted
was
to
put
one
of
my
front
teeth
back
in
place,
as
my
bite
had
been
corrected
at
another
dentist.
A
year
after
going
to
the
appointments,
I
noticed
that
my
teeth,
and
my
front
tooth,
were
still
exactly
the
same
as
they
were
at
the
beginning.
I
started
to
doubt
the
work
that
was
being
done.
I
started
talking
to
other
dentists
and
getting
other
opinions
that
really
proved
me
right
and
the
teeth
after
that
were
still
slightly
the
same.
So
about
4
months
ago,
after
1
year
and
a
half
of
treatment,
I
started
asking
for
my
tooth
to
be
put
in
place
and
aligned
with
all
the
others
and
for
me
to
remove
the
braces.
Mysteriously
from
that
day
onwards
I
began
to
see
that
the
teeth
had
actually
started
to
move.
However,
during
that
time
I
had
to
go
to
emergency
appointments
many
times,
in
the
same
month
3
brakets
came
loose,
which
I
went
to
install
and
after
a
week
they
came
loose
again.
In
June,
a
week
after
I
went
for
my
maintenance
appointment,
I
noticed
that
I
had
a
huge
space
between
my
front
teeth
(which
is
not
supposed
to
happen),
I
went
once
again
to
an
emergency
appointment,
in
which
I
They
corrected
the
situation,
and
I
once
again
emphasized
that
the
teeth
were
still
not
aligned
as
I
had
intended.
The
following
week
I
went
for
maintenance
again
in
which
we
scheduled
the
removal
of
the
braces,
but
in
August
when
I
went
for
the
appointment
I
noticed
that
my
front
teeth
were
still
misaligned
and
I
asked
them
to
correct
me.
I
was
advised
to
remove
the
device
from
below
and
then
remove
the
top
device
next
month.
To
my
amazement,
it
was
only
a
few
days
before
the
containment
underneath
came
off.
Once
again
I
was
wasting
my
time
and
another
trip
to
an
emergency
appointment
to
have
my
retention
rectified!
I
said
again
that
the
upper
arch
was
still
not
aligned,
and
the
colleague
who
attended
to
me
again
made
adjustments
so
that
my
tooth
was
aligned.
This
appointment
was
on
Sunday,
today
(Tuesday)
I
was
flossing
my
teeth
when
I
noticed
that
I
once
again
had
a
space
(not
supposed
to)
between
my
teeth.
Tired
of
all
this,
I
ask
that
you
contact
me
so
that
we
can
resolve
the
situation,
as
I
do
not
have
to
spend
my
life
in
emergency
consultations
due
to
the
lack
of
incompetence
of
doctors.
After
so
many
mistakes,
money
spent
on
consultations,
travel
and
wasted
time,
I
wonder
what
I
could
do
to
simply
correct
the
error
and
for
me
to
take
off
the
braces
once
and
for
all
and
separate
myself
from
this
dental
practice.
In
all
the
consultations
I
was
calm
and
optimistic
that
things
would
be
resolved,
but
it
seems
to
me
that
it
is
increasingly
far
from
that.
I
was
tired
of
the
lack
of
competence
provided,
including
the
lack
of
attention
in
the
treatment
provided.
Thank

I
would
ask
for
legal
help.
I
just
want
them
to
resolve
the
situation
for
me.
