Came here as recommended by Porto Walkers. I came alone and did a tour. It was a great and informative tour, the guide kept me engaged even though I am by no means a wine connoisseur (I actually dislike alcohol but drink on occasions due to peer pressure) Towards the end, there was a wine tasting for the 3 types of port wine. Each glass has a generous pour. I actually couldn’t finish all 3 glasses as I was a little buzzed towards the end. To tell the truth, I also found the first alcohol that I actually liked (white port wine to be specific, and to a slight extent tawny port). Also there’s a nice selection of gifts and souvenirs. Enjoyed it.

We had a nice tour experienced today, the museum and wine cellar tour was interesting. Our tour guide was the guy with eyeglasses (I forgot his name) he did explain clearly the necessary information regarding Ramos Pinto, he gave us enough time to look around, and to ask questions even though he’s a bit stressed. The wine tasting at the end was also good with kind servers. I recommend! We did not reserve, we just walked-in and had a place immediately.

Nice tour and history. You need to buy your tickets early on order to get a tour in your language. The tours were a bit crowded, about 20 people so not very intimate.

Quieter winery with a gorgeous selection of port wine, highly recommend - the Staff is very knowledgable and helpful, which paired with the views makes for a spectacular experience. Highly recommend! If you enjoy the visit here youd like Pocas too!

(Translated by Google) Beautiful experience. The visit includes not only the cellar, but also the ancient offices of the Ramos Pinto company, with original furnishings. Included in the visit is a generous tasting of 3 different types of Port. Please note, the first one who books at a certain time chooses the language of the visit ... (Original) Bellissima esperienza.

A lovely museum and tour topped off by a delightful tasting. A local recommended we go here as the history made for an interesting tour. We particularly liked the old advertising posters they used to advertise the wine! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we loved the three port wines we tried at the end.

Wonderful service! We just wanted to do a tasting and we chose the “Beginner” and the “Expert” to avoid too much overlap in wine. All the ports were lovely, the service was great. We had a talk from our waiter about how the ports were made and why they were different and overall, we had a really lovely experience and ended up buying a bottle!

An incredible company history mixed with an informative guide (Regina) and absolutely delicious port wine make for one GREAT tour. The hour long tour with tasting is the same price as you would pay just to have a glass of port in any restaurant in Porto…. But here with so much more ambience and art. Don’t miss it!

Amazing tour! The tour guide explained us in detail all that is needed to know about Port Wine and how Adriano used his marketing to get business across the world. We went through the museum, cellars and then the tasting. The tasting was 3 incredible wines for 15 euros. I recommend it.

Incredibly informative and enjoyable tour (in French). The pace of the visit was great and the story of Ramos Pinto is vast and exciting. The tasting of three different kinds of Porto wine was lovely and also came with nice explanations, which was very welcome to novices such as us. Could bot recommend this place more!

A great tour that really shows the combination of marketing and product development that were necessary for success, even in the early 1900’s. The cellar tour is beautiful and informative. The tasting is generous and relaxed. We paid €19 each and were very content, relaxing with the free wifi and lovely port.

I have been converted into a port fan after my experience here! They ports are well balanced and not overly sweet. I was also pleasantly surprised by the white port, which I hadn’t heard of before. They are wonderful! We did the tour of the caves as well. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly! The history of this port house is very interesting. I would definitely recommend the tour and a tasting beyond those included in the tour!

Great Tour 🍷!! Ramos Pinto may not be the most famous but is worth to go! I really enjoyed the tour, showing the offices, the original posters, learning more about the process of Port Wine making and of course the tasting at the end 😃😃 I've visited many caves in Porto, this was a good one ! go for it

The museum is interesting and so is the (short) visit to the cellar but I was a bit disappointed as perhaps expected to learn more about the process. The whole tour (museum visit included) lasted about 25min. Also, the tasting itself which comes with the visit is a bit of a let down if you have already been to some other port tastings.

Nice experience. We tried the intermediate set for €15 as well as a glass of 30yrs old Tawny. Great value for money, highly recommended!

(Translated by Google) Great little visit to a Porto Ramos Pinto production cellar. Visit + tasting = 1 hour. The visits are offered in several languages and the guides are very competent and friendly. Regarding the tasting, the bartenders are not stingy! We tasted 3 different ports with good doses, watch out for the steps when leaving!
