The treatment has already been paid in full in 2022 (it was bad) I know that these comments do not deserve a response from the company, only those that praise... patience. My wife and I waited at reception for about 30 minutes, as we had an appointment for both of us. After this time, we were called to reception, so we expected that we would already be attended to, however The receptionist calls us to say that there is no doctor to help. The provisional has already left twice and there is still no date to set the definitive one. I wonder if they are waiting for my husband to die? The war was very useful for companies, they always say that everything is late. It's unfortunate, I have all the documents and I'm reaching my limit.

In the beginning, they were helpful and with easy payment, AS IN MANY CLINICS. then they take too long to schedule an implant test, they don't respond to phone calls, emails and complaints! The expected 6-month process (in other clinics it is faster) has already lasted more than 13 months and nothing!!! No email from the Clinical Director or anything!! And the girl at reception says. Which has 3 phones to answer...

I started treatments at the clinic more than two years ago to place two implants, and only finished them last month. The contract was for two implants with the right to whitening and teeth cleaning. If you do, ask for whitening first, because they encouraged me to have the implants first and then I wanted to do the whitening and they wouldn't let me. After 3 months of placing the crown on the implant, the implant completely fell out, nothing remained in the bone. When I went to the clinic, they tried to blame me for simply not living in Portugal, when in fact all the checks and x-rays were done. Before that I had seen a surgeon (in emergency) who only told me that the implant had been placed incorrectly. The laboratory twice did its job poorly. On top of all this, terrible service and more than difficult to call them, impossible. I don't advise it.
